Oak Hill

This house was clean, very close to the beach and well-equipped. There was an issue with the clothes washer and elevator but the Maintenance and office stay were very helpful and took care of everything. The pool was small but perfect for what we wanted.
Parking area was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. The home was fairly clean. Some of the 2nd floor toilets has some kind of residue in them possibly from not having been flushed recently. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils/appliances. Great location - short walk to beach and close to many stores. Highly recommend for large families.

The house is perfect! The rooms are big and there was enough space for our two families. Our mother stayed in a room downstairs that is connected to an elevator.
The kids played by the pool and the walk to the beach was down the side street. It says third row but to us 2nd row really. The only down fall is looking at the pond across the street instead of an ocean view. The house is beautiful but is decorated a little old school which made me feel better because of the small children we brought and all the sand you track along with you. If you are looking a moderately priced house at the beach for your family - this is it!

We enjoyed the dreamscape rental. It was clean, had plenty of room, and just a short walk to the beach. Only a couple very minor issues - The coffee maker is on its last leg and needs to be replaced, it still works but the start button is cracked and the base was leaking a little. We found the elevator a little difficult to understand how to use it. Having instructions would be helpful. We would certainly consider staying her again in the future.

Ran away for the weekend just to sit by the water and enjoy the view of the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Perfect location for the winter months. Watching the moon rise each evening kept us on the balcony. Couldn't beat the view! The place was spotless!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time we have spent in Garden City. Our unit was very well decorated. it is a rental unit so you do not expect everything to be perfect as you do at home. It was great waking every morning with the ocean out front.

We bought our own baking pans, those under stove need replacement. I sprayed wd40 on the screen door track for ease of getting onto deck, when we arrived the screen was very hard to open, also the slider in 2nd bdrm does not open at all.

The condo was clean and a nice size , comfortable, nice area to walk around in.

Mount Airy

Surf Master Unit 107 is a corner unit with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is beautifully decorated and bright. It has a fully furnished kitchen and also has beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The balcony is perfect if you don’t choose to go out on the beach sand. The unit is located close to the pool area. Surf Master is conveniently located to everything in the Murrells Inlet area .

The condo was beautiful, I loved the view! Looking out over the ocean was wonderful! Only one negative to say. Twice I came back to the condo I had rented for 23 days, and the Balcony furniture was all in living room. I could not see the TV!! Some one came into

Let me know! I had to have a friend move it back out twice!! I was not pleased. Not a word from
Anyone. I found out later they were doing the floor. But they did not come back to move furniture for me either! Other than that it was perfect!!

This is our 2nd winter rental in this unit. The bed in the master bedroom is awesome! There is plenty of storage. The 1st half of the condo gets all of the heat and the 2nd half is colder. There is a light in the outside hallway that prevents the 2nd bedroom from getting totally dark. Furniture is comfortable and everything is clean. They added a smart TV this year which was a great add. The Condo management in 2021 allowed mail and packages delivered and stopped it in 2022, so it is a little inconvenient. I would stay here again!
