We absolutely loved Surf Master 413. This property is so well stocked with supplies and necessary items like dishes, pans, silverware, etc. etc. We loved having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. And the washer/dryer was perfect. AND the VIEW! amazing! And the blinds for every window were excellent and such high quality! Just a perfect place to stay at the beach! Thank you!!!

Mary was great. Easy to reach and good follow up. Excellent property. On the Beach. Roomy. All furniture in good condition. Bedding was nice and firm. Would enjoy a little more water pressure in the shower but certainly adequate. All Appliances work. Clean and neat. Easy to get to. Many needed businesses close by. Golf courses within 20 minutes

Second stay at this particular condo. Perfectly equipped for our two week stay. Nice updated bathrooms with adequate storage for all the junk we brought with us. Balcony just over the beach - so perfectly located. We are already signed up for two weeks next summer. Our mild criticism- toilet rattles when u sit and the carpet is about ready for a cleaning.

We are renting Sea Oaks unit 201 for 3 months. Thus far, we have had a great experience. The unit is small, but ample for my husband and me. Everything you need ( especially a washer and dryer) is provided for comfort. This is a quiet community this time of year, and the proximity to the beach is a real plus for walkers. The unit is a bit dated, but it is clean and has been well-maintained. It was a really good find for us, and I would come here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is in terrific shape and quite clean. The kitchen is well equipped with update to date appliances and all sorts of cooking tools. The furniture including the bed, is comfortable. It was too cold and windy to even step foot on the balcony, but it appeared to be a great place to sit for morning coffee watching the sun rise! We stay there again.

View was excellent. Location was great. Stocked kitchen was a delight. We relaxed and had a good month. We enjoyed the write up in front hallway about the owners. Weather was not great although 45 degrees was better than 19 degrees and snow at home:)!
