We had a blast from fishing off the pier to enjoying the sunset over the marsh from the gazebo..We had a total of 8 people and plenty of room for more..I would recommend this property to everyone. The only problem I had was,,their wasn't a close boat landing around. We had to put in at the boat landing by the marshwalk. Besides that from booking the room to picking up the keys and daparting from the beautiful house everything went smoothley. We couldn't have ask for a better vacation this year...

I'm a single mom of 3 and have taken them to the beach every Spring Break for the last 12 years. Due to my income and supporting my children, I have to carefully watch how much I spend on a rental house. This house was priced within my range and on the marsh (we love to fish) so I booked it. The best decision I've made in 12 years! Price, house, location, and everything else was awesome. If my income allows, this will be the only house I rent in the future.

The home was in a beautiful , quiet location. The view of the channel was great, nice and peaceful mornings to wake up and go sit on the dock and drink coffee . The home itself was great with eveything we needed for the week stay. The walk to the beach was short and not too far of a walk to the Garden City Pier. I would recommend this property to anyone going down to Garden City.

Stayed at the Marsh Oak house and absolutely loved the house. Very clean and spacious. Loved the views of the beautiful sunsets every night. Garden City Realty is the best. Always interested in making sure we have the best vacation. We had a great week and can't wait to be back next year!!

This was our second family vacation to Marsh Oaks. We love the location an being on the creek with access to the outdoor seating area on the water. We always bring our kayak, but also have access to an extra kayak and paddle board if needed.

Marsh Oak is a very peaceful and private home. This house meets all our needs.
Sunsets, are out of this world. Very good neighbors on both sides.
We celebrated my husbands birthday while there.
Plenty to do ,but also restful.
We enjoyed it very much.

We have stayed in this area several times and this condo was the best. Great room layout including a large balcony with spectacular views. The condo was spotless and bed was comfortable. The parking garage was better than another we had stayed in previously and elevators were quick with little waiting time. The front door keypad worked well. I would highly recommend this condo.
