Waccamaw Exchange is a very lovely home, far enough from the pier and arcade to avoid the noise in the summer, but close enough to walk down there and enjoy beautiful downtown Garden City. Take a short walk to the beach or enjoy the creek from the screened back porch or dock. Very tastefully decorated with all the necessities and ample seating. I have been vacationing at Garden City my entire life and Waccamaw Exchange is at the top of the list.

Flip Flop Inn was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed. It made our stay so comfortable. The decor was fun and colorful. Perfect for its location. Garden City Realty was very responsive when we had several minor issues. Their prompt service was amazing. The ease of TWO beach access points was a bonus. Our dog loved the front porch and enjoyed dog and people watching. We were so thankful to find a great dog friendly rental! It is definitely a perfect location for a beach retreat.

We enjoyed our stay very nice unit with a great view it was a little dated though and there were some issues you may want to address the sprayer handle on the kitchen sink did not work the oven light and the light above the stove did not work all the outlets on the living room wall on the couch said only half of them worked in the others when we plug stuff in them it would short out all the other outlets including the TV outlet the dryer vent trap is probably clogged up it would take 2 to 3 cycles to dry just one small load and it will always come out covered in lint The shower control knob on the front bathroom was very hard to operate and then end up getting stuck in the shower position also may want to check your pressure reducing valve the pressure in that front bathroom was extremely powerful none of these things had any major affect to our stay we still had a great time just figured it’s issues you would want to take care of

The unit we stayed in was very nice and Garden City Reality responded almost immediately to a small problem we had with the heating when we first arrived. Overall, it was a pleasant trip and we look forward to coming back next year

Great Time. Home was a great location. did have trouble with the refrigerator. Ice maker did not work, and refrig temp. was adequate, but barely. Everything else was very good.

We have stayed at marlin quay several times and always enjoyed it. However, this time the internet service was terrible. The only way we had service was to stay in the bedroom where the modem was located. Not very happy about this.
