We have been coming here for over 20 years. This unit is ok. It does have some updates like the bathroom sink and lights, couches are fairly new. Comfortable king size bed. Kitchen good pots and pans. Lacking cooking utensils like spatula and blender but rental housekeeping was very quick to fulfill our needs. Kitchen chair could be upgraded. Nice balcony seating area.

Sunset Dreams was a great vacation home. The decor was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and the beach access directly across the street was perfect!

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and nicely decorated the condo was. We especially loved how small the building was, the private pool, and convenient access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and no issues with staying hot. Allocated parking spot under the building is tricky to get into with an SUV so we ended up parking in one of the free spaces through the week without any issues. It would have been nice if an umbrella and some chairs were provided for the beach. We did find some beach toys in the unit. The listing said that there was a jetted tub and stereo system in the unit but there is not, this wasn’t a problem for us though. There also is no full length mirror which would have been nice. One thing to note is that the railing on the balcony does not seem very secure so we didn’t allow the kids out there much. We absolutely loved the family friendly location and the beach was not overly crowded. Check in/out was very easy, we liked that we didn’t have to pick up keys anywhere. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed Coastal Time. The home is nicely updated. Very clean. Location is wonderful. The only items we would suggest considering includes the gas grill - igniting switch didn’t work and there isn’t a long lighter in site; the grill was also very dirty inside. Had to clean before cooking. The kitchen didn’t have storage containers. The pool and hott tub area was infested with mosquitoes and maybe due to all the rain but would have been used more if it had been treated prior to the visit. Also a light in the pool would be helpful for night swimming.
Overall great stay. The ease of making the reservation and information for check was great. The additional information regarding suggested activities ,and restaurants was very helpful. Thank you!

We had a great time at Pooh's Corner in Garden City Beach. The house was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the backyard, along with being on the inlet and still close enough to walk to the beach.
