The house was very clean and we enjoyed our vacation. The only problem was there were not enough pots and pans to cook with in the house. There was plenty of dishes and eating utensils. I suggest adding some items for families that like to cook.

Overall, we had a good experience and we are planning to return next year. We had a plumbing problem downstairs that took a while to resolve. The children and the adults loved the pool. My grand children loved fishing from the floating dock. There was easy access to the beach that was only 3 blocks away.

Loved the large front porch and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating. Clean unit and no bugs noted. Would probably rent again if the mattresses were more comfortable and the other bedroom had a TV.

Love the condo. Very well maintained . Glad owners put new patio furniture on balcony. But when myself and other tenants open the balcony door it loud when opening and closing . Hard to do both. May need attention

We have used this property for our family vacation over the past several years and love it. The kitchen is perfect for family dinners and game nights with a view that's to die for. However, this year the floors were sticky, and the unit had an odor like someone was smoking. Also, the couch really needs to be replaced as it has no support when you sit, and you sink down into it (not in a good way). One other issue we found was that the outside patio needs some love, a couple of nice highboy table sets to be able to eat outside and enjoy the surroundings. The current chairs were rusted and sat low, not allowing clear views of the ocean.

Loved the place. Exactly what we wanted and it was consistent as we were there last year. Everything in the condo was kept well and worked as expected. Only issue was the kids running around being loud late at night. Definitely not a Management issue, clearly a parenting issue. This was our 2nd year at the property and would recommend it highly.

This was one of the best beach houses we have rented since coming to Surfside since 2003. The house was very clean, pool was wonderful, and the ocean view was priceless. Plenty of room in the house to accommodate all 11 of us. Hopefully, we will be able to rent this house again in the future.
