Pooh’s Conner is an amazing House! It checks all of our Needs! The pool for the Grand Kids, the dock to go fishing, back porch to view the sunset. The house is full of Colorful decor and Bedrooms have tvs in all the rooms. There a little Gameroom upstairs for grandkids to play. The Only Thing is the couch’s in family room look good still but NOT comfortable to sit on. I just think they need replacing. Overall 9 out 10!

This condo was amazing. Very clean, comfortable beds and beautiful views from the side balcony. I was apprehensive about not having a good ocean view but it was better than in the pictures. The comfortable balcony furniture makes it even better. Highly recommend this place.

The house well generally well kept up and clean. The cleaning folks and the supervisor were very nice and friendly, especially very attentive to a toilet that needed a plumber, they were called, and showed up promptly. Great location in proximity to the Beach. However, there are some things that need attention: 1. The shower diverter in the master bath is stripped, I got it to work, but we had to leave it in the position the whole time. 2. The gas grill outside is in such poor condition as to be useless, and generally speaking looks so bad it is not a good look when you first come in to the property vis the money spent. 3. The ice dispenser in the fridge is not making ice, at the beach, in South Carolina this is a must. Additionally, the ice machine in the laundry room would be a nice touch if it worked otherwise again not a good look. 4. The umbrella on the deck is gorked, it wouldn’t open at all, again in South Carolina in the summer this is almost a necessity.

Going coastal is a beautiful beach vacation home. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor set up and the pool. Highly recommend!!

We rented Lollipops Beach house for our family vacation. The location and the layout of the house and the fact the house has its own pool made it perfect. The pool was not in a location where everyone could see us, and added to our experience.
Once in the house, it was absolutely beautiful and very clean, and all the bedrooms were on the same level.
The property has an elevator but we were not provided access to it, which would have been very nice, especially for unloading and loading our luggage and groceries.
The only negative I have is the oven needs to be updated. It was very hard to see the temperature and time settings on it. Otherwise, everything was amazing.
We have actually rented it again for next year..��

The only problem we have is the check in. We don't get in until 4-4:30 We drive 10 hours so you can't wait until the last minute to leave home. We have time to get groceries and eat and the day is done. We pay a lot of money for that day. We talked to some guest and they say they had been in their room since 1:30. Is there any way we can request an earlier check in. It seems like the rooms are cleaned but have not been inspected. Is there some way to hurry this process along a little faster? It really does ruin your first day there. It's very tiring to just sit around and wait.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the SpareTime house in Garden City Beach, SC! We love the large, screen porch on the back overlooking the creek with beautiful sunset views over the marsh. Access to the beach is a short walk right across Ocean Boulevard, and you can see the ocean from the front porch. The house is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The furniture is also very comfortable.

As far as improvement opportunities, they are very few. It would be nice if the outside shower was enclosed for privacy and warm water added. Also, it’s time to clean the mildew around the upstairs bathtubs. The linoleum tiles on south side upstairs bathroom floor are loose; it would be nice to replace them with ceramic tiles if possible. It might be time to consider replacing some of the mattresses. Lastly, it would be nice to add indoor rugs just inside front and back doors, to prevent bringing sand inside house.

We consider all the above opportunities as minor, not deal breakers by any means, and offer them only in the spirit of making the rental even better. We will certainly be back to the SpareTime house at our earliest convenience!
