Petersburg

This was our second year staying in this condo. The first year we didn’t have any issues and rebooked before we left. This year the garbage disposal did not work, the blinds on the sliding glass door was missing a bunch, the one side of the glass shower door closed and opened really hard, the bulb was missing over the sink, and the king size mattress is wore out with a thick mattress pad added. None of it was anything that we felt like we needed to contact the realty company over. Overall the condo was clean and met our needs. We just left with some sore backs.

Morgantown

We recently stayed at The Surf Master and overall had a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view that made our stay extra enjoyable. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The only downsides we noticed were a slight odor of smoke when first entering and the vent in the master bathroom, which had some rust and possibly mildew around it. These were minor issues, but worth addressing to make the space even better.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. With just a few small updates, this place would be perfect!

High Point

This unit was well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes and cookware. The pool and hot tub were always clean. The beds were not comfortable and could benefit from new mattresses. We liked that it was close to the garden city pier and that it was keyless entry.

Really enjoyed Tide Tonic. We had a large group and the house was very spacious. The pool and the private boat ramp was very nice. Look forward to visiting again!

Nice pool area. Clean, except the pots and pans in the kitchen need to be updated.

Purple Reign was everything we hoped it would be and so much more! From every bedroom having its own bathroom to the cute lil 1/2 half off the living area, it was so much more and exceeded every expectation we had. Having two sets of washing machine and dryers to 2 fridge and freezers not to mention a color changing pool along with the hot tub, this gem definitely met our needs and so much more! We can’t wait to come back and stay again! Our party of 18 had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy family time together and catching up with one another! Thanks for a great vacation!

This is the 8th consecutive year that we have stayed at Purple Reign. There have been continued improvements from year to year. The addition of a hot tub was this year’s surprise! Needless to say we love it here! Kitchen is abundantly stocked with everything so the meal choices become endless. The area under the house gives play space for the kids. . . even in non-beach weather. The sunsets over the marsh are always breathtaking. Our extended family travels from Georgia and Tennessee to gather with us South Carolinians for our yearly vacation at this family friendly facility.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Purple Reign. The house was extremely clean. The location was quiet, and the beach was just a block away. We rented an umbrella for the week, and it arrived the next day. The pool was an absolute dream. We spent a lot of time on the porch. If I had any constructive feedback, it would be that the lack of outdoor furniture, the WiFi speed could be better, and the TV streaming could be improved.

House was clean and had most everything we needed. The main kitchen, living, dining area is a great sport for hosting and lounging.

There were only a few things that would have been nice to have taken care of: the wifi placard did not work so we could not access wifi, there were some pots and pans that were difficult to cook with so maybe replacing a few would be great, and there were a few windows we were not able to get locked after opened. Otherwise a very good trip. Thank you!

Back after 7 years! Our room was nice but needs a little more updating. The countertops were starting to lift at the seems. Noticeable but functional. Biggest complaint is the TV setup. There should be printed instructions with the controls. Sorry, I have DIRECTV with one control. Took me two days to figure out how to turn tv on and then the selection of channels was sparse. My daughter ended up signing into her Netflix account to watch it. Night owls! Biggest problem...The dishwasher wasn’t anchored to the cabinets! Was loading it, had bottom drawer pulled out and pulled out the top shelf and the dishwasher landed on my foot. Left a big bruise! Needs anchored!! Also, could use some updated pots and pans!

Home was very nice. We loved the inlet side porch it was the perfect view We enjoyed the pool and especially fishing. Nice home and good location.

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed, was spacious, and super clean. The furniture was all in great condition. The owners included extra amenities, such as cornhole. We loved the table area under the house, which allowed us to still gather outside even when it was raining. The hot tub under the deck also provided cover from the rain. It was super close to the beach. We would definitely book again!
