Terrific home for our vacation! The enclosed deck was a favorite area to get out of the sun! This rental had all we needed! The beach area was huge and was never crowded!

Love H.E. People are friendly, complex clean and beach and pool great! Love Gary the maintenence man. Our condo was adequate although we needed to buy forks as there were only 6. Wish there was a walk in shower as my husband is disabled. We will be back!

We have stayed in this rental several times. We love the unit but every year as soon as we get there we have to mop the kitchen and living room. It looks clean but we walk across the floor one time and our feet gets dirty. As much as we pay for the unit I think the floors could be cleaned better. And nothing has been updated. But over all we love the unit.

Very clean and well equipped house! Had everything a family of 4 (2 adults two small children) needed for a relaxing week at the beach! Close enough to walk to beach access or rent a golf cart like we did. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

The condo was nice, unfortunately the people upstairs let their kids run around stomping and jumping all day. It started around 0630-0700 and did not end until well after 10 pm. I called and was told a call would be made to the company renting the unit. That was on Monday, the jumping continued all week.

This was our third year staying in this unit. At this point it feels like home away from home. The location of the building and the amenities included can’t be beat. All of the updates in the unit were so nice. We did have a loaner fridge from the rental company because our fridge was waiting on the warranty people to repair it. Everything with the loaner fridge was in place before we arrived. The HOA also put up a sand barrier so you can’t see the beach from the pool area now.

Nice week at the beach. Clean condo , beautifully decorated. Comfy beds a few issues but maintenance responded within a few hours and fixed the broken towel rack and tub that wasn’t draining. Another issue found after maintenance had come was stopper for kitchen sink didn’t fit properly so washing dishes was annoying. Perfect view from the large Balcony and owners Beach chairs in closet perfect for the beach with comfy headrest . Enjoyed our week on the 9th floor but next trip will book the penthouse again on 12th floor views are better and we can enjoy the private jacuzzi since the public one was always crowded
