Great beach house; well maintained. Over stocked kitchen. My only request is that you reduce the amount of drinking glasses. There was virtually no place for our pantry food for the week. I had to do some rearranging/consolidating in order to find cupboard space. The cute teal colored free-standing cabinet provided some space for chips, etc. but we had a big crowd in there and need more space for food. Suggest they add bumpers on the cabinets doors; very loud when closing (we are used to soft-closed drawers and these just slammed shut. Pool and grounds - perfect!

This is our second time renting the Flip Flop Inn. We just love this beach house! It is fun, colorful, and very accommodating. Plus the huge attraction for us is we are allowed two dogs!!! Our pups love it at Flip Flop Inn, too! The location, that front porch, the landscape around the place, the grilling area, etc. are fantastic! We WILL go to the Flip Flop Inn again, and probably again! LOVE IT

First of all, let me say the condo was great and we had an amazing time. We realize the owners have renovated some parts and appreciate that. We love the keyless entry. We love the fact that linens are now included. We lucked out with the weather, wonderful trip.
We did, however, want to let you know of some things that need attention:
. Towel bar in master bathroom needs to be tightened to the wall...bottom bar keeps falling off.
. Fan in master bathroom sounds like a plane taking off.
. We tried a few times, but could not get the master bedroom tv to work. There was a firestick remote but there but no firestick
. Kitchen drawer left of the microwave - the back of the drawer is not there. Everything you put in falls into the cupboard below.
. Kitchen faucet cover plate moves every time you move the faucet.
None of these things were major, just thought you should be made aware.
Overall, great stay. We are from Wentworth-Nord, Quebec...missing the "t".

The was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at at Surfmaster. Beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was our pool closed a couple days off and on and my son loved the pool, and was upset he couldn’t play those days. Better communication from Pinnacle Group to Garden City Realty.

Such a nice area away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but still close enough to drive to all of the attractions. My only little displeasure was that the bedroom was a little warm compared to the rest of the condo. It could use another a/c vent in the ceiling.
