This was the busiest it has been since we have been staying at Royal Garden. One of the elevators was out of service the entire week so we waited extra long periods of time trying to catch the elevator. They were also doing some kind of pressure washing or something and the scaffolding was right at our balcony and we heard mens voices the entire time. The unit was clean though and there was always room outside to spread out.

Our only problem with our stay is the parking is very limited. Our condo was decorated beautifully and very clean! I love that the beach is so close. Only steps away! I would stay here again in the future.

This unit has been a dream to stay in. It’s totally renovated and so tastefully decorated. Everything is brand new and just so comfortable and welcoming. Being on an angle allowed for some of the best views of the ocean; couldn’t get any better. The only thing that was a little unsettling was the Oceanside deck. It’s slanted and made us feel uneasy being out there. We noticed other units had the same situation, but none the less that was the only thing that was negative about the unit. The person responsible for the decorating, has impeccable taste; just beautiful. Final note: 5 stars goes to housekeeping.

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was perfect. Clean 2br, 2bath and sofa for 2 more. Lots of towels and extras. Fully furnished. We could see dolphins,fox and of course THE OCEAN from our balcony. Thank you for making our special trip even better!!

We had a great time. House is beautiful, bright and spacious. Kitchen area could have been cleaned a little better.Location is great. Staff was great and always attentive. Only problem was the wifi didn’t work. We had a problem with lights not working (was out of everyone’s control) and as soon as I called, they had someone out to look and fix the problem! We plan on returning to same house on our next visit!

Loved the rocking chairs on the screened porch. Kitchen is stocked well. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. I would say the only "problem" we encountered was how to work the TV remotes? But we were so busy enjoying the beach and the area that it wasn't important to us. But you may wish to consider leaving some directions.
