We really enjoyed this house. It was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 10 and our dog. The extra room and bathroom on the lower level was a great bonus. We all loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The house was a short golf cart ride to the beach and nearby restaurants.

The only negative comment I have is about the living room. It was very spacious but could have used a little more seating. Also, the sofa is showing some wear.

But, all-in-all, we would definitely stay there again.

Unit was ready for occupancy two hours before our scheduled check-in time. The pictures posted were representative of how the unit was. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Only inconvenience for myself was that I am used to using a K-Cup coffee maker and the unti did not have one. Made a few inquiries to the Garden City Realty office and they were very responsive and courteous. Check-In/Out was very convenient. Unit was equipped with a smart lock, the code was provided ahead of time and we were able to access the unit as soon as we arrived in Garden City.

I love the area and being directly on the beach. Unfortunately, I find the entire Beach House condos to be lacking in their upkeep. It seems each year they are getting worse and worse. I will not be staying at the Beach House next year.

Overall it was very good. The only exception was we think the kitchen floors had. It been properly cleaned. They were dirty spots (very visible) in the kitchen and a couple of pieces of bacon in the floor under the table. We have stayed in this condo for 4 years and love it there, just think the cleaning crew were in a hurry that day.

I was over joyed to spend time with my daughter and husband and two grown grandchildren in our beach accommodations. We used the hot tub, enjoyed go carts and games around the table at night. During the day we couldn’t get enough of the beach and the surf. Sat under umbrellas provided. Built sand castles and flew kites. I have the most precious memories and hated to come home. We were steps from our front door to the sand

Good location, the layout was a little smaller feeling then it seems in the photos, but fit all of us well. Some of the furniture was a little odd, like the dining table and chairs, but it suited our purposes fine.

Always have had good experience with Garden City Reality. Property was clean, and was exactly what we were looking for. We had a large group. and the other family was in a property .2 miles down road. Hope to be back next year. We would prefer a few weeks earlier in summer, but that is our own fault based on availability when we booked!
