The location of the property is great. Good view of ocean with no obstacles in front. Plenty of room but two first floor rooms could do without the extra bed as it makes it very crowded. Due to crowded room able to use the closet efficiently also limited space for a dresser to store clothing. Maintenance was slow to fix small problems but staff was friendly and completed. There was a bad odor in top right bedroom and floor was mushy maybe from water and mold. Family was happy with pool and easy access to the ocean. Great neighborhood and quiet.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Strike II. The house in in an excellent location, close walking distance to the beach. Excellent customer service from Garden City Realty,kept you informed with text and email. We would book with this property again.

Rental was nice and clean upon arrival. The place was perfect for our family. The dishwasher was confusing to use- the light on it doesn’t work to show what cycle you are choosing so sometimes it didn’t properly clean and when I did have it on a clean cycle it didn’t come out nice and clean. The living room couch was also stained in spots- could use an cleaning. Otherwise everything was great!

The Atalaya is a very pleasant place with lots of amenities. The staff is always on hand and readily available if needed.
The condo was very nice, with plenty of storage space. With the side windows, the view is magnificent. The only two downsides were that we were unable to watch a movie on the DVD player in the living room and, more importantly, the mattress in the second bedroom with only one bed was very uncomfortable, by far the worst mattress I have ever had.

We loved this rental. The property is a close walk to a beach access and not too far for restaurants. Comfortable beds as well. We enjoyed the front porch as well.
