We loved staying here. Walking straight out onto The beach was amazing. Our grandson really enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching the airplanes take off. We have already booked this place for next year.

Sanderling was every bit as advertised. Wonder location, views, and the house was great. The AC struggled to keep up during the day (set on 73), but we stayed on the beach most of the days. Needs a couple of steak knives in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay in surfside. The place was clean and nice. It had plenty of pots and pans. It could use some minor updates to things. It was listed to have a Keurig, but it did not so we prepared for a Keurig. We called for maintenance once, no one to our knowledge came to check what we needed fix. Overall, nice and clean place to stay for the week.

We had a great week and we loved this property. It has a beautiful
view of the ocean, was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The condo is very spacious and has very comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing that needs improving were the blinds. The vertical blinds in the bedroom do not close well and the sun comes in. Also, the lamp in the queen room did not work properly. It blinked on and off. We tried tightening the bulb and the plug but it didn’t help!
The property management was excellent . We left something in the unit and Maggie was so helpful in making sure it was returned. We have already booked our stay for next year .

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful decorated condo. We’ve stayed at one ocean place over the past five years and love the facility. I would just recommend getting a larger cooking pot. The largest thing for cooking was a crockpot. Other than that, the condo was well stocked and a lovely place.

Lovely view, well equipped. Housekeeping did overlook cleaning the microwave in preparation for our chevk in. Primary suite mattress needs to be updated soon. Really appreciated the early entrance we got this year.

First of all, the location right on the beach was great. You couldn't ask for a better be able to walk right up to the private access made things alot easier. The location, amenities and layout was as stated. There was some minor issues concerning the sliding door of the downstairs living room. It needs new rollers and it would not lock. The bedroom on the bottom floor to the left of the front door does not have an air vent. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom upstairs did not work. The TV remotes were a pain to figure out. They need to be labeled as to which room they go to, since all the remotes were downstairs. One remote was locked and we could not get it unlocked. In reality, all the TV's need to be updated. None of this stopped us from having a great time with all our family. I definitely would have given this a 5 star and recommend it to family and friends if it weren't for the few things that need to be served our purpose.

Rental process was very easy. Emails kept me updated. Condo was very clean and just the right size for 2 people. Kitchen was small but we didn't cook so was fine.
