We love this place. It's older, and some would say dated, but comfortable, clean, and roomy. It's very peaceful in that area in October. We mentioned the poor condition of the window blinds last year and sure enough they were all new this year. If anything we would appreciate firmer mattresses on the main floor. The owners obviously care about the home. We are grateful it survived the storm. We hope to stay there again.

This is our third experience with her and we have come to regard her as a friend. It's nice to have a familiar voice and face when it comes time to plan our beach vacation. I am in customer service as well, and people like Pam are the reason you are BEST of The Beach.

Channel of Blessings exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and lots of indoor and outdoor seating with a gorgeous view across the Inlet and some spectacular sunsets. The small beach area on the inlet side was a much enjoyed surprise for walks and the grandkids to play. We also enjoyed the ocean a short walk away. The older kids enjoyed the bigger waves, but to the south just past the rock barrier we discovered a shallower area the younger grandkids liked best. The pool was great too. We did experience one jellyfish sting on the inlet side. White distilled vinegar works great!! We left some under the upstairs kitchen counter sink. There were pool/beach toys in the garage that we wish we had known were available. It wasn’t clear what in the garage was for renters to use except the kayak. There is even a golf cart. The listing states No Golf carts allowed in the community. Need clarification. Just a suggestion. A wonderful family vacation with all our kids and grandkids.

This property was recommended after our original reservation was unavailable due to Hurricane Ian. It was a perfect fit for our vacation! It was extremely convenient to the beach, and we loved the fishing in the inlet from the dock out back. Grocery stores and other shopping were very close by also making our week wonderful.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The furniture inside and on the balcony are in good condition and very comfortable. All the beds are comfortable as well. This is probably the best stocked kitchen of any rental we've ever stayed in. Overall we really liked this condo. The only issue was the noise level of the air conditioning unit. We stayed in the other surfmaster building last year, and never experienced this kind of noise. The AC unit when running is loud enough to drown out the TV. And if it kicks on in the middle of the night, it will wake you up. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

First time staying with Garden City Rental, everything went perfect. We stayed at the Marsh Oak and it was probably the very best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless, every household item was furnished, very quite! The evening sunset/ marsh view was spectacular. We hope to be able to make this our yearly rental.

We love staying at Surf Masters. It is right on the ocean and I especially like to sit on the balcony, hear the waves crashing and read. The weather this year was cooler than we e petted but it was nice and warm on the balcony with the sun out. The only thing I would like to see done is a restroom near the pool. It’s a long walk from the pool to the room.

We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.
