We love the location, nice house and pool. The dining room chairs were very dirty looking and coffee maker should be replaced because it doesn’t have an auto shut off. No large pot for Beaufort stew and other items would have been nice to have but ok. The bedrooms were nice, bathrooms were good. Nice and quiet area

We previously stayed at the Sea Oaks thru GC Realty for about 10 straight years until about 5 years ago when that unit was sold. The we started about 4yrs ago staying at After Deck also thru GC Realty. After Deck 206 great as always. However this year we saw inside a couple more of the large palmetto bugs than normal. Don’t like seeing those in the middle of the night when you turn the light on. Maybe increase the pest control to ensure they stay out of sight. Otherwise great as always!

Beautiful place and felt like home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated and had many comforts of home. The pool was a beautiful place to relax after coming off of the beach. We loved all of the patio furniture around the pool and on the porches. This was a great place to stay and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Arrived to a very clean unit immediately felt comfortable. The balcony was our favorite due to the second floor level was so close to the ocean. More than enough space throughout and furnished nicely. Sheets and towels were furnished and were fresh and clean. GCR was so helpful during the first call I made to reserve the condo and throughout the whole experience. We are coming back and are going to try and get the same condo. We really enjoyed our week.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The unit was clean and recently updated, and we loved that there was netting around the balcony to ensure the safety of little ones. My only recommendation would be to add a few comfortable/lounging chairs to the balcony in addition to the high top chairs/table.

Richmond Heights

Rental property was clean, didn't really have the honor system some properties have where occupants refill basic necessities like trash bags and paper towels and such.

Biggest gripe was no early check-in and by early I mean like a half hour, instead we were a half hour late to check-in. Travelled with 3 kids and ended up early after traveling 11 hours, but 330 room wasn't ready. Check in was 4 and ended up checking in at 430.

Also have pickup windows to check-in which was odd. But I am basing my experience off when I used Dunes reality where I walked in and walked out with keys and a beach ball.
