This is our second year staying at The Beach House and it was fabulous. The property was under construction from some damage that occurred from a hurricane last summer, but the site remained safe and clean for guests. Our unit was clean and had all the amenities from home. We love staying here and will be back again.

We enjoyed our time at Surfside Beach, because it was like living in a quiet residential neighborhood with the ocean as common area. The beach was not too crowded. We rented the house through Garden City Realty, and they made the whole process simple and convenient. Although much of the transaction was completed online, the staff were professional and extremely helpful.

Sooo relaxing. Rainy and chilly. Did not swim but did sleep in and enjoy Baskin Robbins ice cream fro dessert every evening.

You couldn't ask for a better location. I plan to stay there again. There were a few minor things (an outlet that didn't work and the toilet running constantly) but nothing major. I could tell that the oven, dishwasher and microwave were all new. I loved being ocean front on the first floor.

Great house for 4 adults! Had everything we needed for a week. Close to pier and beach. Very clean property. Garden City Realty was great to work with before during and after our visit! Will book this house for next year. After 20 years of staying in GCB, we ate at Conch Cafe for the first time. Fried flounder was delicious.

Lovely home...but the outdoor shower was broken the entire week and there is not enough seating in the living room. The porch area was very large with excellent seating.

Outstanding - The nicest unit we've rented to date. Kitchen was completely stocked with high quality pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Furniture was very nice .... nothing about the unit was outdated.

The house was updated and decorated nicely which I loved. Pool area was a great size. Very short walk to the beach (less than a block). My 2 issues were the beds would squeak anytime you would move around which woke me up throughout the night and there were not dressers in 2 of the bedrooms to put our clothes away. Overall a great house.
