Penthouse I is the place to be if you are going to Surf Master! The only suggestion I would add is that there needs to be more rugs in front of the balcony access doors. If the floor gets wet there, it could cause people to slip and fall. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we WILL BE BACK next year!

Condo was spacious, clean, and recently updated/remodeled. The balcony was huge and wrapped around for a oceanfront and side view. Absolutely amazing views. Balcony furniture was super high quality and comfy. Pool and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. Parking is tight but I managed. I can’t say enough good things. My kids LOVED this condo.

Our family enjoyed Tide Tonic Beach house. Everyone had their own bedroom/ bathroom and could have accommodated a couple more people if it were needed. The pool was a nice plus especially in The heat/humidity of a SC summer. The view of the beach across the street was nice but being on the inlet and having that view was stunning in the evenings. Great cross breezes under the house . A lot of time spent outside reading, swimming and tanning. Great parking at this home as well ! The only downside to this home was not allowing pets. Also the dryer wasn’t heavy duty enough to dry our beach towels . This is truly an awesome home and we would think about renting it again in the future

Nice condo and was larger than many others we have stayed in with the same amount of bedrooms. Pool was close and beach wasn’t too crowded. Inlet views from the back porch and beach view from large front porch. We would stay again!

Location cannot be beat! Everything functional.

However, 4 items need updating:

1) New Queen Mattress/box spring- feeling old and sagging.

2) New couch with a vinyl material that does not collect dirt.

3) Old recliner chair should be replaced,also with a material like a smooth vinyl that will not absorb dirt and sand.

4)Fix flooring where it has lifted off subfloor.

If those 4 items were updated- 5 stars.

Lovely condo, super comfy beds, clean and the view is spectacular! Easily accommodated our family, large balcony with lots of outdoor space.

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for our family. Only one minor complaint was that we couldn’t find a luggage mover and was told that only one was at the complex.
