We were very happy with our vacation rental The beds were comfortable which is very important for a group of 7 women. The new looking bathrooms were clean and attractive. We appreciated all of the drawers in the vanities. The kitchen was stocked with a plentiful amount of dishes, cookware, silverware and utensils. Everything was clean. The dining and living room had nice furniture and more than enough seating. The framed pictures in the DR and LR were faded and dated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out the large window at the ocean. We loved having the elevator and shaded pool. We already booked for next year! The pool and parking areas could be better maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Seasider 302. It is very nice and the perfect get away. Our only complaint was parking. There were no parking places for us for several nights of our stay and we ended up with parking tickets from parking off road and in the beach access parking. Not sure how there are supposed to be 2 cars allotted per guest when we only had one car and could not park. Just be advised that this may be a problem. Otherwise our stay was great!!

We had a great full week in this unit. Everything was clean and ready for us, on-time. No noise issues or problems with the unit itself. If we had one request, it would be to make sure the unit is stocked with a few essential items. An extra roll of paper towels and at the very least, extra trash bags for the main trash can in the kitchen since we are expected to be there a week and required to empty it. That could have just been a one-time goof, though. All else was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had the best time! Checking in and out was also a breeze.

Last summer, upon checking in to our beach rental, we were very upset. It was a duplex, and there was a huge, loud family next door that was going to be a big problem, sound-wise. The unit had visible black mold in the kitchen and the showers and had not been well maintained or cleaned. I could not see myself and my entire family staying here for a week. I called Garden City in tears and explained the situation. They immediately got us into a beachfront house, not a duplex, and the problem was solved. They were very understanding and easy to work with. That's why I'm renting again from them this year.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and design is excellent. It is as described on website, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and furniture is comfortable. The gazebo was very nice and the dock was perfect for fishing.
Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Bathrooms are positioned between bedrooms no bathrooms accessible from the main area must go into a bedroom. The bedrooms are large and all furnishings are in good shape

Nice to you from the back deck screens could be fixed outdoor shower head needs to be replaced I would come back to this and rent again

Overall, the unit was clean and everything in working order.
The dining room table is very shakey.
