We had a wonderful week in Surf Master 314. Property location was great. Condo was clean and open areas. The only problem was the dining table which should have accommodated eight and was a glass top It only had seats for four and we we’re unable to clip on the portable high chair for the baby. We did discover the last few days some folding chairs and a folding table were in a closet. Would liked to have been informed. I do suggest a large rectangular table with 8 chairs. I also suggest that at least one of the beds in the double room be replaced by a queen bed.

LOVED the house and location. Very disappointed to see that the week for same time next year has increased by $300.

The condo had plenty of space. The queen bed was a little uncomfortable. There could be more glasses. Overall, it was great! Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and nightly fireworks along the beach. It would be nice to have a recycle drop off near where you empty the trash. We had to take them to the beach to put in their container.

Our family loves this house as this is the second time we have stayed in it. Our only concern was the cockroaches. They came out in droves outside at night and we did find a few inside.

This year was the twenty first Schwartz Beach Gathering and the second year at Sunspree! As usual we had a great time together with a Grandson getting engaged. Last year, our first at Sunspree, we had two Grand-daughters get engaged at "the beach".
Sunspree is a great house rent with a new pool area and other improvements in the pool area.
We reservered Sunspree for a week next July.

It was a wonderful vacation! The weather was great! We had very little rain. The house was beautiful! I do wish they had a better grill and the freezer made very little ice so we had to buy ice but everything else was great! The view was Spectacular!

Great place to stay for a family. Our six Grandkids enjoyed the beach and the private pool in the evening. It’s only a short walk to the beach. This is our second year staying here and we have already booked for next year. Garden City is Great to work with.

Beachside Windyhill was a great experience. Wonderful pool and outdoor area. This was second time we stayed there. The house was very very clean and the pool was serviced while we ere there on a regular basis. The only problem we had was the trash pick up was not done all week. Had to let Garden City Realty know and then they sent an employee out to flag down trash truck to make sure they got it.

We all had a wonderful time! Well-appointed kitchen. We had all we needed. Plenty of seating for us all.
The pool was incredible -large and very well maintained
So grateful for the many poolside and porch furnishings.
Beds comfortable. Linens clean and sufficient for our needs.
Wonderful view out the back porch.

Some of the issues we had:
Extra room downstairs very musty smelling
Some difficulty in sliding the doors of tubs
Another HDMI cable needed for living room DVD player to work. We had to switch it back and forth.
Tray of DVD player in the MBR won't open so can't use it
Toaster needs to be replaced before it catches on fire. Bread debris in bottom cannot be cleaned out and starts to burn when toasting. Poor design of toaster only allows a smidge of crumbs to fall into the trays that can be emptied. The rest has piled up and hardened. I tried to clean it out but without success.
Very clean generally but should move furniture to clean behind from time to time. Also need to clean under the beds. Dropped items behind/under and when retrieved were covered in dust.
Disappointed to learn mattress pads are not laundered between stays. Dust mites, sweat and dead skin cells in the mattress pads are a big deal. Especially with monkey pox floating around. Including this service would be a boon for Garden Realty.
Laundry room needs a good cleaning.
Washing machine broke on Thursday. Maintenance unable to repair. Repairman came out Thursday evening but stated a part was needed and would have to communicate with the realty company about it. No further updates received on Friday. Very inconvenient.

In general it was a really nice vacation and we all had a fun time and are so glad we came!

Fantastic house!! My wife and I plus our Beagle Penny really enjoyed the home. It was at a great location. Very short walk to the beach. You could hear the ocean waves from the back grass area. It was close to restaurants like Lees Inlet Kitchen and Outback. Really liked the grass area for our beagle. The pool was outstanding! Really enjoyed being able to go right down the deck to the pool. Biggest lot on the street. Liked that there was no other property behind South Wind #2. Very glad the yard was fenced. People around the house were very nice. Quite area.
Kitchen was good size. Very close to the Kroger. Had plenty of room inside the house. Liked the front covered porch and parking under the house. House and property was well maintained. We will certainly stay here again!
