House was in a great location. The pool and outdoor areas were great except the oversized grill would recommend having a smaller one available for those who rent with smaller groups. Inside house was clean and well kept but was cluttered with too much furniture and the cookware could use an update as everything is all mix matched

Rental was excellant great view, parking was easy and plentiful. The only bad thing about the week was a guest at the property, a Mr. Owens and I use the term Mr. loosley. he was rude cursing and told everyone that he had rented beach chairs and no one could be between him and the ocean he cursed and called people names he was loud and obnoxious at the pool HE WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WOULD NOT GO BACK IF I KNEW HE WOULD BE ON THE PROPERTY.

This was our 2nd year at this rental, the house and pool are always clean, when we arrive, we are a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and dining locations. There are plenty of things in the area to keep you busy.

We have always rented with GCR. We had a couple of issues this year that were no one's fault, but they were on top of it, as always.

Great location. A map of the condo would have been helpful to find our unit. The parking was limited even though we were given 2 passes. The washer and dryer were in poor condition.

The place was over all great. Great location. It worked well for our family. There was no, “I wish they had this or that”. The place was cleaned fairly well. I know there is not a lot of time between guests. The only issue I had was that there was clothing and dirt/filth under the beds from previous tenants. Other

We have stayed in this same condo for the past 2 years. It is great for my family! It is always very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view! It is also in a wonderful location! ��

We do not have one favorite memory because there were so many made! We had spikeball, bocce ball, and Beach soccer tournaments. We enjoyed meals together in the room and out to eat from each sunrise to sunset. Our days were filled with laughter, games, family time, and fun!

Despite the fact that our check-in was delayed by an hour and a half or so, we had no complaints! As a family of six, this condo had a good amount of room for us. We loved the balcony and obviously the view! We spent most of our time at the beach below but when we were up here, we still had lots of fun. Thank you for extending out your condo to allow for fun, much-needed vacation!

We loved the beach! Walking to the pier, looking for shells, and sitting on the balcony. We enjoyed Broadway at the Beach, the marsh walk, and eating at River City Cafe and Drunken Jack's. 

The condo is great! We enjoyed all of the decorations and amenities. The beds were comfy and my kids enjoyed your movies on these rainy afternoons.
