The house was perfect for our family! 6 adults and 3 children - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The dual appliances (especially the dishwashers) were really appreciated!

We had trouble with the hot tub not heating properly though.

Next to the state park and no high rises was like a private beach! We had some issues like the upstairs AC and elevator not working. Maintenance was fantastic! Sent someone over in 5 mins to fix the elevator and dispatched a 3rd party repairman the next day as well as a 3rd party AC company after 11pm. The communication about the issues was very,very good. I would absolutely stay at Mariposa or any other Garden City Realty property again in a heartbeat.

We loved this house and location! 14 of us (7 adults and 7 'kids' 18 and under) fit nicely! The location was perfect...a SUPER quick walk across the street and you were crossing the dunes to a very uncrowded location on the beach! Pool was the perfect size! Nice and clean all around!

2 things to note: Fridge is a small fridge...not a full size like you're used to at home. House did not have the ice maker as listed nor an iron.

The home is beautiful and well cared for. The pool area is perfect when you need a break from the sand. I would not recommend taking 15 adults. We had 13 adults and two 11-year old kids. I had to purchase an air mattress and we had two people sleeping on sofas.

We absolutely love the Beach House been staying/coming to Garden City Myrtle Beach for 20+ years and love the Beach House. The Unit was very clean..loved our view from our deck. The beach area is awesome. Garden City reality is very friendly and accommodating from the time you book the place to the time you leave. TThe beach house is located near many fantastic restaurants that are easy to get too and many shops. Plans already made to come back next summer.

Our Three Suns was a great place to stay for our family vacation. The location is fabulous. The beach is great. Facilities were clean and well-stocked. The children enjoyed the pool in the afternoons.

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week at the beach. The house was clean, well stocked & to our surprise included beach chairs! Our neihghbors provided a beautiful fireworks show that we watched while sitting on the deck. We are definitely planning our next trip!

2nd year staying here and we just Love It! We had a couple of problems this year that were taken care of in a hurry. We didn't get King sheets in our service and they were there bright and early the next morning. We had a little trouble with the air while we were there. I made a call and someone was there within an hour to look it over and solve the problem. These things didn't take away from our good time.

We love this area. Love the house. Close to everything we wanted. The house was clean and well stocked with pots and pans and silverware galore!

We will be looking to book again next year!

When we booked this property, we were hoping it would meet the needs of our family, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 older teens, but it was perfect! We were close enough to the beach that we could walk or use the golf cart, but still had beautiful and calming views of the inlet. The combination of beds and bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and everyone had enough room to gather together to play video games in the living room or relax on the decks with a book.
