We moved to this cottage second day of our stay. First cottage A/A was broken. This cottage was great! The pool was beautiful. It was hard to be by pool in late afternoon due to no shade. Needs umbrellas. Loved how well the kitchen was equipped, the gas grill and the ice machine! Porches were wonderful. It was a great stay.

This was my first time at this location but it definitely won't be my last! The condo was as described and well cleaned. The staff was wonderful and so friendly and helpful with any questions. I look forward to staying in 403 again!!

Despite the elevator being broken our family had a great time. Ample space and beautiful views of the ocean and inlet. The unit had a nice beach theme. Kitchen has a big skylight but nighttime cooking can be dark with no overhead light. We were visited by a mouse but we informed maintenance.

The location of the house was great. It on a quiet street, but close to the ocean. It was clean and big enough for our family of eight. Short drive to all resturants and attractions.

I would add had problem with door lock not working well Garden City responded promptly
