Very pleased overall. Side stairs need a light. Pool area needs attention. Infestation of ants all around the pool. Tree needs cut, acorns fall in the pool constantly. It needs more kitchen stuff, forks, bowls etc.

We’ve stayed at Floral Villas many times in the past 20 years. What was once a great place to visit, has become an area with many full-time residents who occupy certain areas of the pool. We felt like we’re invading their space. The unit needs proper updating from someone who knows what to do, not just grabbing stuff from HD and thinking it will suffice. Renters don’t want fancy, they want clean and functional.

This condo was clean and had everything you would want for a beach stay. Close to the beach and close to peers and other weekend activities. Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work, but otherwise everything was great.

We absolutely love this house and come here every year. The location right next to the pier means live music every night while you relax in the rocking chairs on the porch. Step down right onto the sand, minutes from the MarshWalk and great restaurants is great. It's the perfect place to stay!

New Cumberland

Nice condo, family had rented other units in building so fun beach time all together. Only bad thing was evening balcony time was ruined by heavy smokers to our left, tobacco and pot smoke was overwhelming at times.
