House and pool are great. Short walk to beach. This area of the beach seems less crowded than other areas close by. New pots and knives this year improved the kitchen supplies. Plan to be back next year.

Originally we rented Rusty Pelican for the second time, beautiful house on inlet with great fishing. Upon arrival, unfortunately they're was a horrible flea infestation. Contacted GCR immediately, and they took charge. Within minutes we were relocated to Driftwood Oceanfront. All the same amenities, beautiful home. Our family still had an amazing vacation. Thank you GCR, for stepping up and insuring that we'll still have an awesome time. We'll see you again next summer. Kudos to Robin and Lisa

This condo had the nicest, most comfortable furniture in it compared to several I have stayed in within the last 10 years, including the bed (memory foam)! Everything was up to date and/or modern.
The condo was fully stocked with every pot/pan, detergents, bags, beach chairs, etc. (which was a very pleasant and welcome surprise)!
I would love to come back to this same condo again in the future!!
PS - the only downside would be the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of vacuuming between guests

We really enjoyed our time here.The view was beautiful. The room was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked.
Only complaint would be the carpet badly needs cleaning and the dining table and chairs need to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay at this nicely remodeled condo right on the beach. The location is fantastic—steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The condo itself feels fresh and updated, making it a comfortable home base for our beach vacation.
A couple of minor drawbacks:
The master bedroom bed was quite uncomfortable for us.
While we appreciated that pots, pans, and utensils were provided, most of the cookware had seen better days—the non-stick surfaces were heavily worn off and the spatulas were in rough shape. We ended up purchasing a new non-stick fry pan and left it in the condo for future guests to enjoy.
Overall, the great location and remodeled feel made this a memorable trip, and we’d recommend it with just those small notes for improvement.

The house and location were great! Being next to the pier and Sam’s was a highlight, however, we were surprised that the home was missing some basic amenities like a hair dryer and an iron.

A great week at the beach for our family. Location was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. My teens could walk to the pier and arcade. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and crockpot, blender, etc. GV Realty did a fantastic job making sure our stay was enjoyable!

The view was incredible. We sat on the balcony a lot. My mom has balance issues and she really enjoyed the balcony. She felt like she was in the action. The condo was updated nicely. We had to call maintenance for a few issues and they responded quickly and were very nice. We would definitely rent it again.

We’ve rented through Garden City Realty many times and always have great experience! Surfmaster 511 was a clean, beautiful and well stocked unit with cooking/dishware and spices! We love this area and beach! GCR was very attentive to our concerns with work scheduled to be done to beach but luckily it didn’t affect our stay. Will definitely rent through them in the future.
