We have rented Southwinds 2 for 8 summers and love it! Very clean, kitchen well stocked, pool is clean, yard well kept. Our family has grown by 4 in the last year so we have sadly outgrown it but will always have sweet memories!

This property was not only what it looked like in the pictures..but even better both inside and outside. The ease of access to the bottom of the house to the upstairs was easy..the salt water pool was beautiful. The extra blankets were wonderful. The decor was beautiful. It had everything to make a vacation wonderful and that much more. We will definitely be back!

The unit was fine. When we first got there it smelled funky. We had to buy air freshener and air it out but after that it was better. The internet never worked so not sure what was going on there. Also there were several times we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because someone nearby was smoking pot and I didn’t want to smell that or smell like it. But despite those things it was ok.

I enjoyed Southern Sunrise especially the elevator for my 86 yo mama. The babybed and hightchair made it so nice for my grandchildren.

Overall vacation was wonderful!! It was a family return to One Ocean Place after many years, and it was nostalgic. The condo was beautiful. There was a maintenance issue with the a/c, but was repaired quickly. We had a great time!!

The first 3 days in this condo we experienced some unfortunate issues. We were able to connect with Drew McElveen owner of Garden City Realty. Drew set us up in another Condo and worked tirelessly to get a 3 day refund to us. Although we had some issues Drew's attention to detail and great customer service restored faith in Garden City Realty.

Overall this was a nice condo, there was an issue with one of the toilets but maintenance came right away and fixed it and was extremely nice. However housekeeping could have done a little better job. The floors were dirty and looked like they had not been swept at all. The comforter on the main bed had black stains on it, we just took it off and didn’t use it. The bathroom in the main bedroom could use a different light as it was really dark while trying to take a shower.Of course these were all pretty small issues and the rest of the condo was really nice and we had a great time there. We will definitely be staying again just hoping housekeeping will improve some.

Was our 4 year staying there love the spot.Only issue we had needs better comfortable furniture outside on the balcony. And update need to be done in the bathroom tub was crack we noticed first thing. Other then that everything was satisfying.
