This house is amazing. Everything we needed for a family vacation. It was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The walk is basically the same as going across the sand to set up beach day. The driveway and parking is way too much with access from both streets. And the best feature is the ice machine. The ice machine just keeps making ice, fill your coolers every morning, ice will be there for evening.
We loved this home.

Very nice and this was the 3rd year in a row we stayed here. Great location, 2nd row with a view of the ocean. Having a pool is so nice after a day on the beach. A/C was inadequate on upper floor. Shower water pressure was weak in upper left rear b/r.

We had another great vacation. This is the 7th yr we have stayed in this house. It would be nice if they would fix the pool lights and the broken filter. Someone is going to get cut bad on that.

it was a nice place, needs some fixing, all the blinds needs to be replaced, very light when trying to sleep. The lamps in the bedrooms were broken. But other than that w had a great time!

Very comfortable home on a quiet street but just a short walk to beach. A block away from beautiful park that has public tennis courts. Park hosted farmers market where we purchased fresh vegetables and fruit.

Wonderful place just far enough away from the craziness of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything you need. You can’t beat being able to walk out the door right onto the beach. Townhouse was great. We can’t wait to come back.

Lake Orion

This is the 2nd year my family (16)has rented Pleasures P and we love it here! It was clean, inside and out and the views are perfect!! Each room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen and living room is spacious! We would highly recommend this home to a large group looking for a rental on the beach!! The added bonus its centrally located to many ammenities. It’s maybe 15 Minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to
Myrtle Beach and approx 15 minutes to Murrels Inlet.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, once again at One Ocean Place. We were very pleased with the condo. This was our first time staying in 409. It met our expectations. It was very clean and someone has paid close attention to function and detail when designing and decorating it. Thank you. We like One Ocean Place and keep going back. Garden City Realty is always so helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have never been disappointed.

On the beach! House has plenty of room. Pool was great.Three refrigerators and ice maker were outstanding. Only thing negative is that for a house that holds so many people, there wasn’t enough seating in den and the recliner needed a crane to get out of!
