Great location!!! There are only 2 things that were an issue. The master bedrooms bed is really high. I’m short and have back issues, so it was hard to get into. The blinds in the two front bedrooms need to be better or put up curtains. A lot of light comes though. When I layer in bed the car headlights would shine in my face.

I liked that there was no checkin process. We went straight to the rental. We had rented this exact rental before so we knew what we were getting and chose it. Last time, we had some beach chairs and toys there, but not this big deal. It seemed a lot more stripped of things, but we had what we needed. I loved being on the 11th floor. Our condo was ready early, they called us, and we checked in early. Making reservations and paying in 3 installments was easy. The rental definitely looked 5 years older, but I would rent it again. The elevators are old and need updating maintenance. Some outside hoses didn’t work and sometimes the outside shower didn’t work. There were plenty of pool chairs and the pool was well maintained. The view was perfect, and it was easy to walk to the beach

Love the location of this beach front unit. First floor for perfect access to leave the beach and make some lunch, etc. The blackout curtains are a bonus for that early morning sun and reduce the heat of the day. Kitchen is well stocked although the description should be updated with the k up machine. My only issue is the lack of seating in the den. There is only a sofa. The room is plenty big enough for two arm chairs.

This was our first time in this condo. Very happy with it. Loved that it has been updated. The kitchen was well equipped. Didn't know if I'd like being on the 2nd floor, but it worked out great. Never had to wait for an elevator except first arriving and leaving. We've been coming to the SurfMaster for over 20 years, now our children are choosing to stay here too! We have such a good time down here.
