We had a wonderful vacation! This condo is a perfect location.Loved the balcony with the rocking chairs. The condo was clean and with great amenities. The staff from Garden City Realty were very helpful. Especially Erica who left a birthday balloon and card for my wife’s Labor Day birthday So very special and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience was excellent! Beds were very comfortable. Location was the best. The floors needed deep cleaning and the staff responded quickly to get it done, which was very much appreciated since we had a 1 year old crawling. I've stayed in Surfmaster many times and always come back.

Suggestions:
Clean the living room rug
Replace the shower curtain rod in master

We really enjoyed our stay at Duneside III 304! The room was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Be advised that you're right next to the pier and there is daily karaoke! The room could use some updated kitchen supplies (such as a baking sheet, salt/pepper) and the Wi-Fi was not stable causing the TV to loose connection multiple times a day. Other than that it was a great stay and great location!

The house was lovely and the bedrooms had all amenities. Perfect for a surprise birthday party as close to the beach as possible at a very busy time to rent oceanfront homes in short notice. This house did the trick even though it is not beach front.

Loved it overall!. It was clean except the carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Could use some updated items in kitchen like pots, pans, and baking sheets. Fantastic views of the inlet and right across the street from the beach. Has a marina ship store and seafood grille as well

1009 is a great unit. Beautifully decorated with beach theme. The king bed was comfortable and there is plenty of bedroom storage. It would be nice to have a little more bathroom storage like some shelves over the toilet. Please include TV operations in the room. We had a hard time operating the TV. Overall, it was a great week. Hope we can stay in this unit again.

This is our 2nd year staying at Grammies Playhouse and I feel confident in saying we have found our summer beach rental. Very clean, well maintained and has whatever you may need. Close proximity to the beach and loved hanging out in the pool big enough for our family of 5. Perfect area close to the piers, grocery stores and so many restaurants. You cannot go wrong booking this house for a stress free vacation rental.

Overall we had a great time. The property is dated and couch and loveseat need to be replaced they were very uncomfortable. The Tv's are small and need to be updated to larger screens. But overall we were there to go to the beach, and not spend lots of time in the room.

Shore Bet is a very nice raised beach house a half block from the beach.. it is very well decorated and has mostly everything you need... only issue was it was listed as having a gas grill wich it did bit was very dirty and inoperable.. we used the charcoal one instead

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks in Surfmaster 711. The rental was in a perfect location and was in excellent condition. It was newly remodeled and very much to our liking. The rental management staff were very helpful and kept everything clean and fresh. The only things that would increase the experience were to replae the toaster (it only toasted on one side of the bread and you had to toast it twice to get a nice brown on it),a few small bowls (there were only very large bowls) and maybe replace the carpet in the bedrooms. The linen packages left for us only had 2 handtowels for two weeks! Otherwise everything else was great and we would recommend this unit to everyone.

Right on the ocean. Nice deck. Plenty of dishes and silverware to use, but lacks casserole dishes to cook in. Nice pots and pans. Could use a deep cleaning.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!! Convenient location! Overall great experience! Sliding doors need upgrading for easy access and replace drawn blinds for closing with drapes!

We have stayed at this location several times over the years. For me in particular I luv the lounge chairs. Everything seems to be in pretty good shape but since we started their when the place was just remodeled I noticed some things are getting a little worn. I believe the mattress in the main bedroom could be replaced (upgraded). I also think the outside deck chairs are due for a replacement. Overall none of that is a gamechanger for us. If we go back to Myrtle we'll probably try to get the same place.
