We absolutely loved our stay in 1511! Loved the views! My grandson keeps saying he's ready to go back to "our" beach house. Only negitive thing I have to say is beds were not as comfy as we would have liked. I DO gave a recommendation for the property. Put safety netting on the balcony railings on floors that high for families with Littles. We brought our own so it wasn't a problem!

Beautiful condo, our second time staying here. Love the views, it’s spacious and fits our family well. Only complaint is that the mattresses are very noisy in the room with 2 beds which interferes with everyone’s sleep.. and they could be upgraded to be a little more comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September. Great condo. Perfect location. Very clean unit and has everything we need. The only bad thing is the resin balcony furniture. It was very dirty (stained) and broken. We stay in this unit a couple times a year and would like to see them buy a little nicer furniture for the balcony.

Overall we enjoyed Surf Master 508. Being an end unit the views from the balcony were excellent. It was unfortunate that the double window from inside facing North was very dirty on the outside and made that view difficult. Not sure when outside windows were last cleaned. Also, the bathrooms could use updating. We did have to cut our vacation short by 2 days because of the storm.

This was our 4th visit to Madame Butterfly, we absolutely love this cottage! It's always clean and is so well equipped you only need to bring your clothes and food.Decksfront and back! Pam at Garden City is an absolute dream to work with. Other than Ian roaring into town, I have only good things to say, we can't wait to come back next year!
