Very relaxing however cut 2 days due to IAN. Would definitely stay here again. The view was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The bad was that the ice maker did not work and that’s all. Everything else was great. We were very happy that we were able to book this place with only a couple hours notice due to the place we originally were booked at was a dump. When you view pictures of the place, you can believe what you see when renting from Garden City Reality. Thank you for being the best with great people representing your company!

We love Surfmaster and have stayed in several different units for the past 9 years. We were always happy with Garden City Reality and with Surfmaster. Besides the location the general maintenance and grounds keeping is top knotch. Also, 1106 is one of our favorite 1 bedrooms units. We have rented it several times and will do so again.

We’ve been coming to MB for 10 years and this is the nicest condo that we rented. It was beautiful and the ocean view was awesome. And this was first year renting through Garden Realty. They were awesome to work and made the trip go soo smooth.

Driftwood was fantastic. Spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean and a view from the deck to die for. The only critique I have, and it is very minor, is the TVs in the bedroom are very small and the kitchen cabinets are not organized at all. There is no room for food in the cabinets because of the poor organization. We used the small plastic shelves in the laundry to store our food items.The kitchen was equipped great, it just needs to be organized! The 3 refrigerators were awesome and the icemaker was great. Loved the pool, the rocking chairs on the deck and the nice grill. I have already booked for next year. I'm praying that Hurricane Ian didn't damage this beautiful beach house.
