We love GCR. I was dumb and booked Saturday to Friday not Sat to Sat like I normally do. As we were having a drink by the pool Friday, my phone rings and someone asks if we're okay because all our stuff is still in the room. I explain the mistake I made and they accommodated us and let us stay the extra day. To say we appreciated that very much is an understatement. Thank you Garden City Realty for being amazing and kind. We'll be back very soon!!

Loved the convenience of this condo. It's on the first floor but being kept nicely. The condo is very clean but it took a while to get hot water when turning on the faucets. We love being right on the beach. I would recommend this condo.

Our family has vacationed in this home the last two years and we love it!!! The rooms are spacious and the beach access is incredible. We enjoyed many a night in the hot tub after a relaxing day at the beach. Since our family is large, having a bathroom in each room made our stay so relaxing. The elevator also was a huge plus for our elderly relatives. We will definitely stay here again for many years to come.

This is a beautiful ocean front condo. Kitchen is updated and well equipped The master bath and living room furniture were recently updated. Very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!

A vey nice, clean, quiet house on ocean front. It has a nice covered porch with rockers and picnic table where you can see and hear the ocean. We have stayed there twice and plan on staying again next year.

The elevator was down while we were there but everyone was so helpful and nice. Family all rented multiple rooms. Great place, well kept, and beautiful.

The house was lovely. My guests did suggest that the mattresses in the upstair bedrooms need replacing.
We had an issue upon arrival and the Garden City Realty went above and beyond in making it right.
