Three generations rented Barefeet Retreat, including 2 boys 8 and 10. The house was modern, clean, well stocked with a nice 2nd story porch. Lots of steps to contend with. The beach, arcade and Sams Corner were just a few steps from our door. We spent a whole week spending time at each place without needing a car. We also had a community pool to enjoy. Also the pier was close by with live music at night. I recommend this place for a family get together.

Location was close to everything; and most of all the ocean. Would recommend to everyone.

From start to finish it was a pleasure. My son was ill and we arrived late. The home was so warm and inviting. The location was fantastic. So close to the fishing pier. To end I had my dogs with me.

My family and I stay at Sea Master every year. The unit we like to stay in was already booked when we were ready to make our reservation. Unit 115 was the only one that would accommodate us and we are so happy it did. It was clean and the indoor furnishings very nice. The only complaint is the balcony chairs. They were very uncomfortable and did not inviting at all. We will stay here again.

The view was outstanding. We had a very relaxing stay.
Wish the tv service was connected, but we made do with only 1 tv. Bought a few items for kitchen. Hope next person enjoyed them. Hope to go back next year.

Love this small home and it’s location...especially with our 2 small dogs! Walking distance to the pier and all things at the center of town! Second time staying here and would definitely rent again. One improvement would be some tall pub style chairs for the porch so you can see over the railing to the ocean!

Sundial 32 is my all time favorite place to stay. Its clean, roomy, close to everything and yet you still feel like you have privacy. Just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and an occasional dolphin go by is so relaxing.
It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is. Highly recommend it for your family vacation.

WE FOUND SUMMER BREEZE TO BE A REALLY NICE HOUSE THAT IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. WE ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THE DOOR WAS A COMBINATION ELIMINATING NEED FOR DOOR KEYS AND A STOP AT THE REALTY OFFICE TO CHECK IN. WE ESPECIALLY LIKED THE PHONE MESSAGE LETTING US KNOW THAT CLEANING WAS DONE AND THE HOUSE WAS READY FOR OUR ARRIVAL.

We stayed in Driftwood the week after Hurricane Ian. The house itself had been spared of damage and was very clean. The yard was as clean as could be at the time. We had plenty of room and everything we needed in this house. If there is anything I would've changed it would be the thermostat. The house was hot at 73 and the rule was not to change the thermostat from 73. But over all, we had a great time staying in this beautiful house.
The people at Garden City realty were exceptional. We will be back! Thank you to Cathy, Pam, Bob and Jackie.

I live a very busy life. I'm a proud wife, mother of two older teenagers, Ouch! Stepmother of two, step grandmother of 5 and a daughter to my father who is 79 years young with dementia. I came here on a whim! with my lovely husband , my precious dear dad and my beautiful daughter. We enjoyed our surroundings here .During my stay I had my nephew and my niece came for a short two nights visit along with my godchildren. My husband and my father stayed only 5 days. My daughter had her a best friend stay 2 nights at the end of the week. Just absolutely adore seeing books here. I'm reading the Power of Being Positive-enjoy being God forever.. By: Joyce Meyer.
