The unit was well cleaned and comfortable but needs some updating. Some of the electrical plugs and switches need attention. The original sinks, counters and faucets also need to be replaced. The beds seem relatively new and are comfortable.

Had another fantastic stay at the Channel of Blessings (we stayed here last year as well). The house is fantastic and offers just about every amenity you can imagine, it has more than enough space to accommodate everyone together at once and yet provides enough different areas that people can go to if they need some alone time. And it has the absolute best sunset views imaginable, and with just a few modifications/fixes it could be absolutely unbeatable. Some suggested improvements would be to add a handrail on the interior stairwell that runs from the first to second floor (we had a couple of guests that have a hard time getting around and almost took a tumble down the last few stairs due to there not being anything to hold on to), some sort of stairway from the back dock down to the beach (a pretty big step down from the dock and can be hard to manage), the stove upstairs could definitely be replaced (the knobs constantly fall off and are extremely hot to the touch, too hot to handle). We were also over run by palmetto bugs and came across several nesting brown widow spiders so keeping up on a bug spraying schedule of the property is highly recommended as well - the property management did send someone out to spray while we were there but that was for mosquitos...which we didn’t have any issues with. It would also be nice to have a few stackable plastic/resin chairs for outside for more seating options as well, while the huge wooden table outdoors is absolutely fantastic, it’s not very comfy. And the outdoor gas grill has certainly seen better days. These comments are in no way meant to take anything away from the sheer awesomeness of this house, they are merely just suggestions to take it to the next level. The place truly is outstanding and we can’t wait to go back again next year!!

We will be back next year. They even refunded us money for the elevator not working and we didnt even ask for any money back. First class people.

ALWAYS A GREAT TIME; GREAT LOCALATION, CLEAN, AND ON THE BEACH. a COUPLE THINGS CA BE IMPROVED; THE FRONT PORCH ROCKERS AN BE REPLACED, A COUPLE MORE ROCKERS F0R BACK POCRCH, AND EASIER/CONDENSED REMOTES, (HAD TO CALL MAINTANCE TO FIGURER OUT WHICH WAS A BATTERY ISSUE).

We have been staying in the house the last 3 years. The homeowners have done numerous updates in those 3 years!! This year we had a new table on front porch which was AWESOME!!!! House newly painted & looks amazing!! The table at the pool was repainted also. New floors & rugs in all the bedrooms was also new. Only bad thing was bedroom #1 needed a new bed last year & this year it was even worse. For this reason I'm only giving a {4} rating instead of a 5. A good nights sleep is a must when vacationing...

Overall, we had a great stay. However, the homeowner had the main closet so full of paint and junk that we had nowhere to put things. You also need to provide a vacuum that cleans hard surfaces. A cheap broom does not get the sand up.

The house was very nice and clean. Great access to the beach. We had 5 adults and the beds in one room are set up for children. One of our sons ended up sleeping on the couch which he said was more comfy than the bed. Other than that it was perfect for us. We rented a golf cart so we were able to zip around without getting in the cars. Would go back to stay there again. We were very pleased with Garden City Realty as well..

We've stayed here on several occasions. We enjoy the condo, linens and check out clean up included. Our 2 boys love the pool and beach just a few steps away! We forgot a cell phone and management immediately picked it up and returned it via priority mail!

This was our second stay at Lindo Mar, and it was a little unusual. Hurricane Ian made landfall about 40 miles south, so the storm was unquestionably a memorable experience. One thing for sure, Lindo Mar is well built. Water did overflow the dunes, and it reached 2 to 3 feet high under the house. As a result, the concrete under the house was covered with sand once the water receded. Garden City Realty had someone remove the sand within a few days, something we really didn’t expect that quickly.

Lindo Mar is well maintained and is in a quiet, family oriented town. A great place to renew. We enjoyed sitting on both porches, the covered porch in the back looking at the sunrise in the morning and the front screened porch in the evenings. The house is very comfortable and is a typical old time beach house design with two bedrooms on each side of a central room which is sectioned into a kitchen, dining area and living room. There are two updated bathrooms on each side of the house. The only complaint is there is not a garbage disposal.

Garden City Realty was very accommodating and very professional. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and attentive. The entire process from securing the rental to occupation to departure was well managed by the company.
