First time staying with Garden City Rental, everything went perfect. We stayed at the Marsh Oak and it was probably the very best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless, every household item was furnished, very quite! The evening sunset/ marsh view was spectacular. We hope to be able to make this our yearly rental.

We love staying at Surf Masters. It is right on the ocean and I especially like to sit on the balcony, hear the waves crashing and read. The weather this year was cooler than we e petted but it was nice and warm on the balcony with the sun out. The only thing I would like to see done is a restroom near the pool. It’s a long walk from the pool to the room.

We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.

We always have a great time in murrells inlet and staying at marlin quay makes it even better. Great view. Close to beach and comfortable accommodations. Hope to return soon.

MB holds a special place in our heart and where we celebrate our anniversary yearly for over 9 years. This was our first visit to Ocean Townes and we will return. It started off rough with the hurricane and ended up being a Fabulous stay. Special thanks to Robin Green at Garden City Realty for all her hard work, kindness and compassion to make our holiday in this very special beach house possible, after a slew of unfortunate incidents leading up to check in. We are counting down the days till we can return.

We rented Starboard for my family during my grandkids Fall Break. We had to delay our trip a day because of Hurricane Ian and a sizable storm surge. Garden City Realty was amazing as we were trying to check in. They communicated by email and phone several times a day to keep us informed as to when we could get into Starboard. The storm surge knocked out the Internet/cable and maintenance was so prompt in getting it fixed. Starboard is a wonderful home! We had 6 kids and 5 adults and there was plenty of room. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bonus living room upstairs off the bedroom was an added extra! Beach access is very convenient, just across the street. You can see the ocean from the porch balconies. We loved staying at Starboard!

This property is in a great size and location for my sister and our adult daughters. We loved that it was a property with only 8 units rather than a huge high rise. Easy self check in. My only suggestions would be to replace the recliner and include a blow dryer in the bathrooms. We hope to make a return trip in the future.

We were blest that Hurricane Ian did not impact our visit since I know so many people were impacted by it. We really enjoy staying at Ohana. We try our best to protect the furniture by putting sheets on them. The outside fans didn't work, but I am guessing that was because of Ian.

Very helpful staff ( Bob ) assisting with reservation and packet for late arrival check-in.
The location is great. Dining & shopping nearby. Walk across the street to the beach.
Be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens ... a real South Carolina treasure. A pass is valid for a week.

You will feel secure on Marlin Quay property.

On September 30, we experienced Hurricane Ian from this unit. We felt safe the entire time. The unit was comfortable and attractive with a great view and a few convenient steps to the upper parking lot. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
