We could not have asked for a more wonderful rental experience than Pooh's Corner and the incredible GCR staff. Bob was beyond words i helping us with details in every way before we arrived. His diligence and communication regarding the inoperable pool and Ian's storm damage put our minds at ease before arriving. He even went on his day off and took photos of the property! Our check-in was also amazing due to the kindness and friendliness of Cathy at the front desk. What a delightful person! The home was spotless and of course, the inlet view always breathtaking. The king bed downstairs was as comfy as ours at home. Thank you Garden City Realty and the owners of this gorgeous home. See you again in Oct.2023. We have already booked!

Pam are the reason you are BEST of The Beach.

We love this place. It's older, and some would say dated, but comfortable, clean, and roomy. It's very peaceful in that area in October. We mentioned the poor condition of the window blinds last year and sure enough they were all new this year. If anything we would appreciate firmer mattresses on the main floor. The owners obviously care about the home. We are grateful it survived the storm. We hope to stay there again. MANY THANKS to PAM MCCAULEY at Garden City Realty! She stayed in touch after Hurricane Ian and called us as soon as the house was cleared for rental. This is our third experience with her and we have come to regard her as a friend. It's nice to have a familiar voice and face when planning our beach vacation. I am in customer service as well, and people like Pam are the reason you are BEST of The Beach.

MB holds a special place in our heart and where we celebrate our anniversary yearly for over 9 years. This was our first visit to Ocean Townes and we will return. It started off rough with the hurricane and ended up being a Fabulous stay. The staff at Garden City Realty were awesome! Friendly, efficient, helpful, professional every time I talked with them. We were booked one week after Hurricane Ian left a mess in the streets and the staff stayed in touch letting us know exactly when our rental unit was ready for our arrival. The condo at One Ocean Place was perfect for our week oceanfront - clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Easiest check-in and out we have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend Garden City Realty!

We stayed at this cottage on our wedding weekend at Wachesaw. The cottage is very nice. It's clean and comfortable. The screen porch is a great place for morning coffee or nighttime relaxing. The king bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. Check in/out was very simple and convenient. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
