My family and I recently spent a week in Garden City. Our house was large and comfortable. Our view of the beach and ocean was outstanding. Due to having an elevator in the home, my dad was able to not only see his great grandkids on the beach, but could see the ocean for the first time in years. Towels and linens were provided so it was less for us to pack and wash upon returning home. The water pressure in all the bathrooms was great for showering and no problems with the water temperature.

The view from the unit is great, Glad it is only 3 floors up. With the elevators is big demand, we were able to use the stairs for grocery shopping. The
Unit is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen and living room are updated and comfortable. The bathrooms could be better. They are clean and everything works they are just a bit "tired" looking. Wish there was more space (like an extra night stand or chair in the two queen bedrooms) instead of an additional twin bed.
Expected at least a "starter" amount of dish detergent, washing machine, and sink cleaner. There were NO extra garbage bags for either the kitchen or bathroom wastebaskets.

Only having one elevator working was little inconvenience for all the guests. The pool does not open till 9am some like to have a swim early in morning. But room was great and clean.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach view is great and access to the beach is easy. Had a minor A/C issue but was resolved within an hour. We will definately be back.

Great experience! Great weather.. place was awesome and very clean! Was ready earlier than expected which was awesome! Had an issue with dishwasher and garbage disposal but called Garden City and fixed early the next day.. and having an elevator is a plus!

511 is a lovely unit that has been updated beautifully. The bathrooms, lighting, decor and wonderful rocking chairs on the deck are especially nice. I would definitely rent this unit again.
Having only one elevator and that elevator not working for a while one day when we came back from the beach in the late afternoon was a bit of a challenge. That day I had to walk up the 5 flights of stairs but thankfully it was fixed when we left to go to dinner that evening.
Another complaint is that we were not notified by Garden City Realty that someone would be coming to spray for bugs during the week and the day they would come. Our men were on the balcony and the women were taking showers in the bathrooms and noone heard the door bell ring. The person who came to spray came on in and then spoke loudly. If were were out of the unit he would have come in without us knowing. I think this should be addressed.

I spent a week at this lovely unit with my two sons and their families.
The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The view was beautiful! The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the beach sea and sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped; we were able to easily prepare breakfast and even a low country boil. The refrigerator was spacious and easily accommodated all of our groceries.

The elevator ran regularly, except when my son and his family checked out on the last day there was quite a wait. Hopefully with the planned repairs of the second elevator this will be resolved.

We were close to restaurants at Murrell’s Inlet, grocery stores and lost
Of putt putt that my sons are fans of.

We had such a lovely time; we will definitely be back!

The rental is in an excellent location. It was very clean. We walked by the ocean to and from Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier.

I love staying here because everyone is comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. It’s clean and safe. The beach is amazing. Unit 314 was a great stay.
