Small 2 bedroom which fit us perfectly. Nicely groomed and had lots of appeal. The porch is one of the best features. Faces right to the beach. We were lucky and had two days with no humidity so sitting out there was outstanding. Screened in so no bugs. Unit was exceptionally clean. Couple of things need repair in the unit, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Would love to rent for 2 weeks next year.

Great location for both Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. Very convenient for golfing, great beach. Beautifully renovated. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will be renting again. Definitely recommend!!

Positives: great location near everything, great views from balcony, really nice clean pool and deck overlooking the ocean, building was quiet families, check-in and checkout process was easy. Negatives: outdated finishes,cabinets, decor. Shabby beat-up stained - cracked finishes... like sinks baseboards walls ceilings blinds doors. Master bath very small. Laundry old and small, almost impossible to use. Only fits 1-3 pieces of clothes at a time. Stained our clothes with rust!! Building is next to public access and random people were coming onto the property to use our pool and outdoor shower.

Our room was 2 bedroom we only had a few problems room very nice clean I am handicap beds so high I couldn't get legs up into bed without help. It was a surprising coincidence our room was on TV the week before we came the guy was from New York had meet the lady from Titanic took her to dinner before. Was trying to find artist of pictures in my bedroom we loved the area. The arcade very clean nice for all gigis grill and casway grill was very good food. And myrlles inlet very good to eat at The shower definitely needs a couple bars to hold onto to get in and out. We had never stayed at place had to vunmake beds at end we took out trash stacked towels separate from sheets all that should be in cleanup service. And should have 11 checkout time. Our WiFi didn't work for two days. I called on Sunday we had to call Monday at ,9 they got it fixed. Over all great vacation place nice room

We've stayed at Sea Master for 6 straight years and love the location and how easy it is to get down to the beach. It is literally the closest building to the water. 207 was nice but could use some updating, especially some of the mattresses. Love the key pad entry! I think it should be mandatory with all rentals.

Loved the house! It was super clean and so spacious! We loved having the pool and the beach basically across the street. The only negatives for us was not being able to dock our boat there at the house because at low tide it was super shallow and dry and the washer and dryer being in a room downstairs with the air conditioning. Other than that we loved it! Oh yes, it was also super quiet which was awesome!

We (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time here. The house is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. It has a cottage/rustic feel. It's not small but I wouldn't want more than 8 folks to be comfortable. The selling point is the outside space- steps to the beach, small pool that is refreshing(5' deep at lowest point), large deck with a table for dining and 4 comfy rockers. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Only small quibble is that some floor areas were a little sandy upon arrival but otherwise a very clean space. Very happy with 3 Suns.

We had a fabulous time. The unit is fully equipped and exactly like on the pictures. Recently renovated, clean, and spacious. The place was spotless when we first came in. The only downside would be the washer/dryer, they need to be updated, but it's not the end of the world.

Condo was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Only suggestion I would have is to remove the burgundy red curtains in the living room that obstruct the ocean view. Even open, we had to tuck two of them up into/around the rod since they didn’t entirely slide left or right. Otherwise amazing stay! Would definitely book condo again.
