I've stayed at Waterforde 403 for 5 consecutive winters. Overall the experience has been fantastic and Garden City Reality is excellent.
The only issues are- The carpet on the deck facing the ocean is ripped and stained, it really needs to be replaced. The furniture all needs a deep clean, there are stains and it doesn't look clean, lastly the couch needs to be replaced, it has no support.

The area was perfect, loved that the condo was next to a marina, enjoyed watching the boats come and go, and also across the street to a short walk to the beach. I would recommend better table and chairs for the balcony, there was only a snack table; a high top table and chairs would allow guests to also view the ocean. Kitchen could use sharper knives and better cutting boards. There was a major leak in the bathroom ceiling the first week of stay but maintenance came right over and addressed. Second week after a rainy day/night, there was a leak in the bedroom ceiling, the bed got soaked and also floor, maintenance's solution was pray it doesn't rain (not an acceptable response), there was a stain on that ceiling so this has happened before (definitely needs to be addressed). The last week we were there, someone was smoking in the middle of the night and the smell was coming into our condo through the bathroom fan, ugh! There was a broken pipe on the property grounds which took a couple of weeks to fix and we were without water for a day and a half. The hole on the property was still not filled by the time we left, well over a month. Lastly the elevator broke down the day my friend was leaving so had to carry her 50 lb luggage down the stairs. But overall I loved the area, so definitely recommend if the issues above are addressed.

Cloud Nine is a modest, cozy beach house in a fairly quiet location with a killer view. Yes the property needs some upgrades (interior painting, for example) but the owner has obviously made regular improvements. We had a couple of issues (kitchen light, trash can) and Garden City Realty provided prompt, helpful responses. We had a wonderful month there and really felt like we were on Cloud Nine!

This condo is perfect for beach front vacationing! Right in the heart of all things beachy with restaurants, shops and the pier within a 5-10 minute drive. Lovely, updated kitchen, flooring & bathrooms.

We had a few issues upon arriving which were fixed within a few days (weekend arrival) Other issues arose but after speaking with Garden City Realty, they were understanding & are making it right. GCR is a top notch business to find a the perfect place to rent for your vacation needs!

To the condo owner: Though I love all the costal decor, less is more ~ guests need a place to store day to day things (bathroom) Also, too many glasses/bowls/cooking utensils in drawers/cabinets ~ guest need a place to store non refrigerated food. Updated info signs & local restaurant menus needed as well as a better set of instructions for the cable. Finally: several comments posted here to change the mattress in Master bedroom: Agreeing with that and for the two twin beds too. Way too soft.

All in all, the view was magnificent with the sunrise every morning from the deck on the provided chairs. Peaceful. It truly is the perfect location! We’ll be back!

The room had a spectacular view to see both the sunrise and sunset. Our room was clean but really needed some TLC. Just some minor repairs are needed-grab handle in tub, tackless strip on rug needs to be repaired and a few other minor things. Garden city realty was notified and promised they would be rectified by next visit. Atalaya staff was very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to next year!

We came down from Michigan to spend the winter in Beach Time. We arrived in January and stayed through March. The views are fantastic from the porches you can see the surf and sunrises every day. We had room for family who came in February and March. Everyone had a place to sleep. We are so happy we decided to take a winter away in Beach Time!

This was my second stay and I reserved again next year. The unit is in a great location to enjoy the many attractions between Myrtle Beach and Georgetown. And it's also a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach, or just sit on the porch or balcony and enjoy the views.
Appreciate the updates that the owner makes to keep it comfortable and accommodating (though it would be nice to have the carpet and some of the extra furniture removed). And grateful for Garden City Realty's response to all inquiries and requests. It makes a vacation a vacation.
