Outstanding location and property. back porch is sensational and access to inlet is unmatched for fishing or boating. Downside: Listed as having a King Bed, not so (Queens) and non of the windows could be opened. All are Painted shut as they are older and warped.

Overall the condo was great! Location could blnot have been better. Parking is a little snug but not terrible. The washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus but the lint vent needs a cleaning. We were only able to do one small load because it took over 3 hours for the clothes to dry bc the lint was so built up behind the trap. The only "negative" was the day We arrived, we were told the day prior that we would receive a text message when the unit was ready and we could go to it. However that text never came. I called the leasing office at 415 and nobody answered. We ended up just going to the condo and taking our chances it was ready. If checking in on a Sunday was the issue, then maybe we should have just been told Saturday it was ready and to go after 4. We wasted half a day waiting for a message we stillnhave bot received. Other than that everything was great and we will 100% be back.

My family had a great time staying here! Plenty of space, wonderful location, and a gorgeous view! When we first arrived everything was nice and clean. The property had everything we needed plus some things we didn’t even think about like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. It was easy to get down to the beach and a short walk to the pier. Everyone we met was amazing and the experience was great. This will definitely be a place we return to!

As always Marlin Quay is a delightful place to stay - great location, beautiful views, and secure property. Winter temperatures arrived at the coast. The A/C appeared to have malfunctioned and initially we had no heat in the condo. After calling Garden City Realty, David responded quickly to the condo. Repair service was called. David, Kathy, and others kept in touch with repair updates. Re-location to another property was avoided. MQ 508 is lovely and very spacious. We hope to return. Be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens. Sunday Brunch at Gulfstream Cafe is wonderful but make reservations !

Renovations to our first choice forced us to change locations, and Garden City Realty was very accommodating and found a great spot on the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. A+ getaway!

I've stayed at Waterforde 403 for 5 consecutive winters. Overall the experience has been fantastic and Garden City Reality is excellent.
The only issues are- The carpet on the deck facing the ocean is ripped and stained, it really needs to be replaced. The furniture all needs a deep clean, there are stains and it doesn't look clean, lastly the couch needs to be replaced, it has no support.
