We have rented Actually Ours for 5 years in a row! We are a family of 6 with 3 kids. The house feels like we are “home”. It has everything we need and the location is great. We love the porches and the pool and the location to the beach. Also the great eating places within walking distance. The inside furnishings (especially the recliners) are so comfortable as are the beds! The owner and Garden City Realty are very nice to work with. We hope to continue renting there for years to come. It’s perfect for us!

This property is nicely decorated, it's spacious and fit 9 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. It has easy access to the beach and everyone enjoyed the pool. If you are looking for a nice family getaway I would highly recommend it!

Close the beach. Only issue we had was with the freeze and ice maker not working but after I called they came and fixed it. Definitely will keep this house in mind for our next trip.

It was a quick girl’s weekend at the beach & this unit was absolutely perfect. The only complaint I have is for a condo to offer ““ sleeps up to six“, if there are other adults coming, there should be an option for another car to park instead of just one. Please consider that for future renters thank you.

Great location and a beautiful place. Everything a family needs to have a great time at the beach!

Only one issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.
We were not able to use the Jack & Jill bathroom due to the mildew smell that is coming from the mold at the bottom of the shower. Both doors were closed the whole week we were there. I was planning to stop by Garden City Realty to notify the staff of this issue but I never had time and it was only the two of us staying there and we didn't need the second bathroom. Other then that, the house was perfect.

Other than the air not working properly the first 24 hours and dredging that shut down the beach access for two days everything was great. Garden City Realty did a great job at handling the air situation immediately which I will be forever grateful for.

Moncks Corner

Very nice condo! Upon checkout, I told the agent that I wanted to rebook the condo for next year and asked if I could call them back later in the day to reserve. I was told that would be fine, no problem. Once I got home, I called to book for 2027 (around 12:30). I was told the unit was rented just a couple of hours prior to my return call. I was told it would be fine to call back, so I don’t understand why the agent did not place the unit on hold for 24 hours. I was offered a 24 hour hold when I had to look for another property with Garden City Reality (who I used to book unit 310 for 2026).
The only negative about the condo itself was the loud music and teenagers screaming at the pool most evenings of the week. It was so loud you could not enjoy your conversations and/or shows you may be watching. You want people to enjoy their time at the beach, but also be courteous of the other tenants. The noise and screaming was so loud one night, that we had to call security.

Property was well maintained and pool was super clean. Elevators were quick! Unit 707 had a decently stocked kitchen but could use a new blender and a few more skillets. AC worked amazing and had no issues keeping up in the blistering heat. Loved that unit had 2 bedrooms with king beds. The parking was great due to the gated lot keeping non-renters out. We enjoyed the balcony and the daily visits from the dolphins! Garden City Realty is the only rental company I deal with when we come down for vacation! Check in and check out is always easy! Already looking forward to 2027!!
