We had a great time and the property was ideal. We were allowed to check-in about 2 1/2 hours early, which was awesome. The location was about a quarter mile from the last home we rented three years ago - on the beautiful beach, with a nice pool that was sun exposed and stayed warm. The ocean and pool temps were both ideal. It is worth the drive from Pennsylvania. The home was well-appointed...could have used a few more kitchen items (eg. Tupperware) but was good. The pool had not been cleaned due to a recent storm, but GCR quickly remedied that item. The only maintenance item we reported was the garbage disposal, with which there was a problem...no big deal. We had a fantastic week at the beach in an ideal property. It was a plus that every bedroom had an accompanying bath too.

We have been renting with Garden City for over 25 years and we had a another great week in Moonlighting! The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and serving large group meals. Pool and beach are amazing. We needed help with the washer and maintenance resolved the issue super fast! We'll be back

Out family has stayed in Sunspree for our family reunion week many, many times and we were happy to back back again this year. The house and pool are well laid out for big groups and we love the shade in the backyard. Kitchens need more cooking and food prep/serving dishes, plates and cutlery, that's the only piece that was a little off. We'll be back!

The property was in a great location, and as advertised. However I feel I should have been notified of the beach improvements going on before the day I arrived this did impact our stay. While customer service was good, i still think we should not have had to call for the door handles on the sliding glass falling off?? And the smoke detector hanging off the wall ?? Also think there should be instructions on how to operate the TV’s not everyone has Roko!!!! Also the TV in the front bedroom never worked couldn’t even get it to come on keep saying “no signal”

We stayed a week in Unit 703 Atalaya Towers. It was a wonderful experience. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the condo is arranged so nicely. It met our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed Actually Ours. The house was clean and tidy when we got there. The only problem was the floors were not clean. They had been vacuumed and mopped but still dirty. We were happy that all the beds had been made and linen provided. The 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms made the rooms small and cramped and the downstairs bathroom was extremely small. The house provided all the amenities we needed for the week. The only issue was the pool. The pump did not work properly but every time we called someone came. The landscaping could have been cleaned up a bit. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time with family. We were pleased with the rental house. The decor was very updated. The location was great. There were two broken chairs at the dining table that we could not use but other than that the house was great and would definitely Rent it again. This was our first year at the beach for the 4th of July. The golf cart parade was fun and the fireworks were awesome.

Our house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family home. Everything was stocked, plenty of towels and beds to sleep in. They upgrade the small couch from the pictures to a comfy sectional. The kitchen chairs could use tighten up and the palm tree by the pool makes a mess but we just sprayed it off with the hose everyday and it was fine! We would definitely rent this home again. Close to everything!!!

This is the second time staying at Actually Ours and it didn’t disappoint. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. After a hot day at the beach, so nice yo have the pool to jump in and socialize with family.

Loved the house and close proximity to the beach!! Having the pool was so much fun!
I have two recommendations. I would add more silverware. Not enough basics like forks and small spoons for the number of people the house accommodates. Also, the pool itself was clean and great but the decking around the pool was dirty with debris and weeds growing up in the cracks of the patio. You could tell it had not been swept good in quite a while. Over in the corners a lot of debris built up and under the lounge chairs there were cobwebs hanging. The decking going up the stairs also showed a lot of aging. Actually, one of the boards under the steps in front of the pool pump was broken in half.
Overall, great stay and experience. Would definitely stay again!

Very pleased with this rental. We loved how it was decorated and how spacious it was. A pool was a must and it didn’t let us down. The beach was so convenient to the unit as well. Would highly recommend it!
