This is our third time staying at One Ocean Place 409! We absolutely love the location and the condo is exactly what is pictured. Always a pleasure doing business with Garden City Realty. There should be a "cheat"sheet on how to use the television in the living room but we figured it out. We have already booked this same place for 2026. Would totally recommend this property.

We had a great week in Unit 107! The location is great. This unit is beautiful! We have stayed at Beach House for 14 years and have been in several different units. This is by far the best! Nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you could ever want! The coffee bar provided by the owner was a great touch. And upon arrival it was very clean and welcoming! We have already made our plans to return next year!

It was very nice....beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the master bathroom...the toilet is entirely to close to the shower wall. It was not easy to use the toilet. The other concern was when the elevator went down in the north tower it was not announced until after my husband called. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the elevator would be down for a short period. We wish the pool was heated...and our beach chair got would be nice if there was a security gate at the beach entrance. Overall it was a great stay with minor bumps!!

We've stayed there before and it's always a good time. One thing that needs to change is you can't get into the hot tub or pool until 9:00am. We like to go down at 7:00-8:00am.... also they need to have TV's in all bedrooms.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in 115. We have always rented at Sea Master ,but have come to love the convenience of the first floor condo. From the time we walked in to the moment we left, we were met with a clean, inviting place to call home for the week. Breathtaking views...the sunrises can’t be beat! We will definitely stay again!

This year was another amazing year at the Rusty Pelican. This was our 3rd year. Dishing is great views are spectacular!The pool was good just a little low on water Can't wait for next year!

Condo was very nice. Everything was clean and location was great. Nice view of the ocean and access was directly across the street.we had a great time. Only thing I would prefer next time is an elevator. The climb to the second floor is not for the elderly.

We had a 3-bedroom\3 bath house. Right on the beach, with easy access. A nice pool to relax in, but water was pretty cold. Our house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of dressers for and a closet for clothes storage. Plenty of dishes and glasses in cupboards, but not too much space left for unrefrigerated food. Kitchen table met our needs. Beds were very comfortable. We needed a couple of minor repairs, but those were taken care of rather promptly. I recommend this house. We are coming back in January for a month!
