Property is very nice - perfect location. Everything was comfortable and shower in master was great! I would suggest a new coffee pot, maybe a keurig? The deck furniture could be nicer.
Also i was not given a code to the beach gates on my envelope as usual. I called and left message but never got a call back.
But all in all a great 2 weeks

First night there was only one available parking spot. We had been issued two parking passes. One of our vehicles had to park in the grass. There were multiple cars in the lot WITHOUT parking passes. We called your office and were told issue would be reported and someone would call us. No one ever called. This was our first visit to this location. We have no plans to return and if we recommended this location to someone we would warn them of the major parking issue.

I had a wonderful time staying at Sandy Shores II 207. It is a cute and well-maintained condo. The beach décor and furnishings made my stay all the more enjoyable. The condo was spotlessly clean when I arrived. Likewise, I had no issues during my stay and felt safe and secure during my stay. Garden City Realty always provides excellent customer service. They were promptly available to answer all my questions and help me whenever needed. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The only downside is that the unit has no washer and dryer.

Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

Great location!! Everything you need including a view of the ocean! The property was clean, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for the nights you'd rather cook than go out to eat.

Another great time in a great place. It was a pleasant surprise to have new porch furniture, new washer, new cook set, new silverware and new mattresses.
So appreciative of such details and the overall care of this unit. I can't imagine what you will do next year, but I can hardly wait.

We enjoyed our month at OOP 1005 very much. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the master bath renovation (with the exception of renovation dust residue under the bed in the master bedroom) - the new shower is wonderful. We have appreciated the improvements/upgrades that have occured since we started renting 1005. We love the space and the view. However, as we have noted previously, the living room furnture is exhausted - it is not getting "off" the couch, it is rather a matter of getting "out of" the couch. Other than that, we were happy and pleased with the condo.
