Everything was great. The cleanliness excellent. We arrived early at our condo and I contacted surfmaster and they told me as long as the room was cleaned and was checked by a supervisor we would be able to get in early. We waited maybe an hour which I didn't think was bad. The only thing I thought could be done is maybe out by the pool, They could put up one or two umbrellas to sit under. Hot tub is great. Kitchen appliances well stocked.Surfmaster is one of the best condos on the beach. Our weather couldn't have been any better this year. No rain. I did rent umbrella and chairs for 5 days which I thought was a little pricey but worth it.

Overall the place was nicely furnished & in good condition. A/C worked great. Nice view of the beach & ocean. The only issue of consequence was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so worn & uncomfortable that after our first night there we moved to the twin beds in the other bedroom. We didn't bother reporting it while we were staying there, as we didn't expect a new bed to be delivered. But this is something the mgmt may want to look into for future guests. We did report two burnt-out lights in the hall outside our unit door. They were promptly repaired that same day. Otherwise the building appeared well maintained. In fact there were painters on-site during our stay, painting the exterior halls & siding. The bldg is in a nice quiet location, with adequate parking.

Master bathroom is very dark and needs bulbs changed. AC unit worked great, but was very noisy, as was the dryer. The table on the balcony was of rust and needs replaced. Several bulbs out over kitchen table. Overall a decent unit to rent, and I could have called maintenance for the bulbs that were out or needed replacement, but didnt bother to do so. Pool,hot tub, and property in excellent shape and very clean. I will ONLY rent from Garden City Realty, they are the best hands down. Please consider a frequent renter program of some type, this was my second visit this season renting from you!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean and inviting, we loved everything about it. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We hope to return again soon.

Location, amenities, proximity to the beach and access to the inlet. Perfection! A little bit for everyone!

A cozy relaxing vibe that our family has been enjoying for several years now. We enjoy sharing memories with new generations and also reminiscing about family member that have passed. This is such a special place for us.

The owner stopping by with rum cakes is always a welcomed treat.

vacation. Unit 203:was ready for check in early. Unit was clean and furnished appropriately

Unit could use some minor TLC. No deal breakers but utensils need to be inventoried
Slum pickings on forks , knife and a few unsafe steak knives need to be upgrade/ replaced. Balcony furniture is usable but not very desirable. Very old and badly stained chairs with years of paint touch up on metal parts. All in all very satisfied as it was our 4th or 5th stay and we booked for next year and another week in Nov. this year. Hoping owner will look into some of the issues named. Drain in main bath sink needs a good plunging. View is terrific as us location of the unit.

Our stay was great like years past at Atalaya. This our 2nd time renting this condo and it is our favorite so far. It’s well maintained, has lots of cooking tools and utensils, and ample space! We will stay here again!
