This house is super cute and was just enough room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby! The right distance from the beach one small maintenance call and they were right on our need! Kitchen is well stocked, pool is great! Quiet area! Will stay here again

This 12th floor rental unit was nice, but could use some updating. The view was great, and the elevators responded quickly and we were often the only ones riding on it. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of storage and blankets and pillows available. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, but the pull out couch was not.

We rent a beach house every summer. This rental has been by far our favorite!!! We loved the location to the beach, pier, restaurants, and also the park that had so many activities to participate in. The rental itself was very clean and cozy! There was enough seating for everyone at the table and living room. The pool and outdoor space was also a great place to hangout after a long day at the beach or a day in. You won’t regret renting this property!

Nice place! Definitely needs an update, as it does look like it’s been decades since any updates have been done. The biggest issue is there are a few outlets that didn’t work properly. This place definitely needs an upgrade to the outlets (plugs fall out). The place was clean, and the location is excellent! Overall, it was a nice place and we had a great time.

Ocean view is a great little oceanfront cottage. The view is amazing and had plenty of space for our 5 person family. Loved the oceanfront porch and keyless entry is amazing. Outdoor shower always is a plus. Would definitely return.

Very easy check-in/check-out process. Nice unit and great location. We have been staying at this location for 17 years and the overall property is well maintained. As far as the unit itself, two items the owners should consider: The noise level of the air conditioner. (It's new but very noisy). Secondly, have a mattress topper available for the king bed. Very hard mattress. Overall, the unit is very nice and well maintained.
