Our large group has enjoyed many rentals for family vacations over the years. We all agreed that Heaven Can Wait has the best floor plan of all and is the easiest to enjoy! The huge sofa arrangement in the den is amazing and was our favorite amenity. Nice, pretty, clean home with everything you need. Great pool and easy beach access with hose-off station. The location of this home is perfect, not in the busiest beach area but minutes from everything. Great functional well-stocked kitchen with an extra fridge and an ice maker! Ample parking. For a premium priced home some things are starting to get a little tired from use but nothing to prevent another stay for us. In fact the only thing that gave us trouble was the sliding door to the porch, the one you use all day to access the outside. It is extremely hard to open and close and often required 2 people to use. I’m sure it’s an easy fix. We had a wonderful week!

It was amazing! We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had alot of room. It was very clean and the parking was easy accessible. The view was stunning. We want to stay there next year. It is our new favorite place to stay. This has been one of the best places in our last 30 years of coming to the beach.

The rooms with bathrooms allowed everyone to take care of their daily routines without waiting on others. This was the first time the entire family had a vacation together. The location allowed some to venture out in the area, while others enjoyed the beach or sat by the pool or covered porch. there was something for everyone to do. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for a big family.

We’ve rented Lindo Mar several times each year for the past few years, generally for two to three weeks each time. We enjoy the location and the peacefulness of Surfside Beach. Our only problem had been this year. The owner installed a WiFi enabled thermostat and locked it from renters. In April we were insured that it would be unlocked by our June visit. It wasn’t. We called maintenance and they said the owner wouldn’t unlock it. It was cold in the house, intolerable for us. We went to Garden City Realty to ask for a refund and to cancel our three weeks stay in September. Jackie helped us, refunding all monies and cancelling our planned trip. We returned to the house to remove our things to leave when Eddie from maintenance stopped by. After a few phone calls and about 30 minutes passed, Eddie had the code and unlocked the thermostat. It could now be adjusted, so we called Jackie and reinstated our trips. Garden City Realty, Jackie and Eddie, in particular, were so helpful. We highly recommend Garden City Realty for the professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and willingness to treat each person with respect and kindness. Great job Garden City Realty!!!!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation spot. We've been here many times, but never in this condo specifically. It did not disappoint! A beautiful view, beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living room were more than accommodating for 5 people. There were even sand castle building tools left from previous renters which were appreciated! Lol.. Thank you for having us!! We'll be back!

Atalaya Towers is always my favorite place to stay. I feel safe, and access to beach and all restaurants is convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in #12. Have stayed in several other units here. The view is better higher up but not as many stairs to get to the pool. Left a suggestion that a small table between the chars on the porch would be good, as well as a big casserole baking dish. Had issues with the TV but someone came out and did his best to help. Owners need to leave instructions and what's available since it varies by unit and the realty company doesn't know. Overall our family enjoyed the unit.

What a great experience! Amazing home, everything we needed was there. Very spacious, we had five adults and two toddlers and did not feel cramped at all. Location is second to none! Walk out to the beach. Amazing view from the rooftop. Hot tub was an excellent perk. Very clean and well maintained! Process was easy to book and check in and out was simple. I would recommend this condo to everyone!
