The house was updated and decorated nicely which I loved. Pool area was a great size. Very short walk to the beach (less than a block). My 2 issues were the beds would squeak anytime you would move around which woke me up throughout the night and there were not dressers in 2 of the bedrooms to put our clothes away. Overall a great house.

This place is always nice to stay. Could use a pick me up in it however. The last 3 years we have stayed its the same. Still great but needs a brighten up.

-Pam from Garden City Realty was wonderful! Our initial property was sold and she found us a replacement right away.
-The only negative thing I can say about the property is that we were missing a top sheet on one of the twin beds. As we supplied our own I did not contact the property management but I’m sure they would have provided one if we had asked.

SurfMaster is a great oceanfront location. Unit was clean. We had no problems. Only complaint is the master bedroom had a little musty smell.

Have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. Same for this year, however, since our last stay 3 years ago 2 parking spots have been added down the middle of the lot. This has made it extremely difficult to back out and negotiate a SUV or pickups. When it takes 10 minutes to maneuver inch by inch a pickup out of one’s parking spot something is wrong. Either remove the 2 center spots or make it clear this is a small car facility only.

It was a great room thenonly complaint is the bed in the master room was extremely uncomfortable could barley sleep and woke up very sore even had to sleep on the coach a couple times it was so bad.

Inlet Joy was in a great location to enjoy both the inlet and the beach. The house was adequately equipped for our needs. Had a tough weather week, but otherwise, a good stay.

Beautiful views and great location. We thought the seventh floor would be too high but it was perfect. You can see everything from the beautiful patio that has comfortable new furniture. Kitchen and master bath are newly renovated. Very clean!

We loved the views of the inlet and the easy walk to the beach. The house was tidy, cute, and well-stocked in the kitchen. Loved the newly remodeled kitchen. We enjoyed all the extras that came with the house...ping pong, corn hole.

Wonderful unit. Excellent location with stellar views. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. A huge plus having bathroom for each bedroom. Great parking. Previous reviews mention dated kitchen and bathrooms, and they are, but fully functional and stocked with necessary appliances. Also, comments on lack of balcony furniture, are no longer. Multiple tables, chairs and chaise. Can’t wait to book for next year! Thank you

This was a last minute rental. The views from the front room are simply the best. Access to and from was very easy. Everything was clean and ready to use. All was perfect except for the funky tub/shower in the MB. I have a handicap and it was challenging to get into and I didn’t feel safe standing in the shower. Beautiful condo along with easy access .

Overall our experience was nice. The master bed matress and pillows could definitely use an upgrade and the only other complaint I have are the little things that arent included. ie. One would think that they would not make out of town guests have to purchase garbage bags, dish soap, paper towl, toilet paper. I know this may sound petty but I'm sure we aren't the only guests purchasing these items and leaving them behind for the next guest. I called for an additoinal garbage bag (I only needed 1) and was told I needed to purchase them. So i'm there a week and need to purchase a box of garbage bags?? I guarantee everything I purchased and left behind were not there for the next guest(s).
Its the little things that make a big difference.
