Mentor on the Lake

this is our 2nd year in unit 210 and we love that condo. we love the view and the short trip to the beach or to our cars. the only issues we had, were that 2 TV's located in 2 of the smaller bedrooms did not work. they were either stuck on one channel, or did not work at all. and we could not get one of the sliding glass doors in the living room open (facing left to the north). also, some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were stuck and we either could not open them or close them. but with the exception of the dated kitchen, the rest of the unit is roomy, bright and cheery, decorated for a wonderful vacation by the ocean!

We had a wonderful stay at Beachside Windy Hill! We are repeat customers and have already booked for next year. This is the cleanest beach house we have ever stayed in. The porches are fabulous, with plenty of shade and rocking chairs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The close proximity of beach access makes it easy to go on the beach daily. The outdoor toilet is fantastic as it eliminates tracking in and out while wet. We love this house!

We have stayed in unit 702 multiple times. We always enjoy staying here. The unit is comfortable and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. The king size bed is comfortable. I was thrilled to see that storage shelves had been added to the master bath since last year. Thank you so much for that. The unit is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens are always provided. We plan on returning again.

We had a fabulous time. The home was beautiful and so convenient to the beach. I love the way it was decorated. It made us feel completely at home. We have stayed in Garden City for many years. First time I have stayed oceanfront and this was the perfect place to have that first experience.

No control over the weather of course which was the only negative. No reflection on property or management. This condo SM413 was perfect for our party of four and will remain so for years to come. Well equipped and well placed. Easy in, easy out. Has everything we needed from beach logistics to kitchenware. Wonderful.

The house was wonderful. Very well equipped. The gift basket was a nice touch and the toys left for our 5 yr old was really thoughtful. The weather was not great. It would have been better for the kids if the pool could have been heated.

Was sad when found out old house was gone , as it was a really charming home . New Marsh Oak did not disappoint . House was lovely . The porches were nice and deep , the reason we rent here , THE BEST VIEW OF THE MARSH . We really enjoyed the gazebo and dock area with the kayaks and the grandkids made good use of the cornhole . New outdoor grill area was a plus . Wasn't the first and definitely not our last stay there !

We have stayed at this home for 6 years . A beautiful place to be ! Our only complaint which seems to be a regular problem are that the mattresses in some of the rooms are terrible . We had one guest sleep on the couch because of the poor condition of the upstairs king mattress.We dont spend our time in the bedroom but are there to rest up on vacation .

We had a great experience. Our family was in and out and everyone had a very enjoyable time. The condo worked out well, well furnished and a great deck with great views. Love the Myrtle Beach beach.

I highly recommend Lollipop Beach house! The location was great, the house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We were nicely surprised with a high chair, pack n play and little kids books and toys. I would rate it a 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed our place very much. The house kitchen was well stocked. Fun having corn hole near the pool. Enjoyed being on the beach as well as having the heated pool and spa available. Every bedroom had a bathroom, so convenient for every guest. A great place!

This is a very nice unit with everything you might need for a lovely vacation! Furnishings were nice and the view was fascinating from the spacious balcony. Would definitely book again.
