This house is by far the best my family has ever stayed in. We have been vacationing in the Surfside/Garden City area for 6 years now, and recently started looking for rentals on the inlet. We hit the jackpot with this house. Tons of living space, dining, and entertainment spaces!! Has everything you could possibly need and more! There isn't a thing about this house that I would change. The homeowners have truly outdone themselves. We will be booking this home again, for sure!

Let me start by saying that we would like to rent this condo again next year from 5/12 to 5/19/24.
It is a very nice and very clean condo. I think this was the 5th time we rented 106.
One minor issue was that the exhaust fan in the master bathroom didn’t work. A bigger issue was that the clothes dryer took a very long time to dry the clothes. We didn’t have that problem with the dryer during our previous stays at 106.

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The customer service is a 10, the condo was clean, well stocked with towels and linens, anything you needed to cook a meal was available (cabinets stocked with cookware). Our condo(107) had umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach. And of course the view was impeccable. Definitely would stay again!

Clean, as expected. Note that while the small kids rocker is greatly appreciated, it has an arm that is loose and somewhat unsafe. Also note that the kitchen chairs are weighted such that they fell over when someone got up on several occasions. And adding some rockers up stairs would be nice, its a great spot for beach views.

This is our second year staying at The Beach House and it was fabulous. The property was under construction from some damage that occurred from a hurricane last summer, but the site remained safe and clean for guests. Our unit was clean and had all the amenities from home. We love staying here and will be back again.

We enjoyed our time at Surfside Beach, because it was like living in a quiet residential neighborhood with the ocean as common area. The beach was not too crowded. We rented the house through Garden City Realty, and they made the whole process simple and convenient. Although much of the transaction was completed online, the staff were professional and extremely helpful.
