I was extremely happy with how clean and how the rental looked just like the pictures. This is my 3rd year in Surf Master, but have been coming to the area for 30 years and this unit is by far the best one I have stayed in. Extremely clean, well stocked pots, pans, plates and glasses,... everything needed for my stay. I appreciated the notification that my unit was available prior to my stay and could arrive earlier if my schedule permitted. My only issue was the beach renourishment I did not have beach access in front of the condo on Saturday or Sunday but Monday I did just had to use pathways of sand over large pipes on beach. Overall will definitely rent this unit again and suggest it to everyone!

My family had an awesome week at The Blue was a perfect location for us with great beach access which helped us tons with my 37 week pregnant daughter. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home for future vacations.

The house had nice access to the beach. It was difficult in bunk room with no dressers or closet. Toilet handle broke first day. Called in a little later and no one came to fix . Could use an extra refrigerator with that large of house . House was clean and nice furnishings. Yet had to go buy hangers for bedrooms .

The house was amazing. We had a total of 8 adults and 5 kids and the house had plenty of room. I love that they have extra refrigerators. The dock was so peaceful. While fishing on the dock, we were able to feed an alligator. The pool was so great(lots of time spent there)! The size of the rooms were perfect! It was very clean and in a great area. I am hoping to rent this home again in the near future. My husband was even fortunate enough to enjoy a conversation with the neighbor (who is a permanent resident)!

including the weather. The sheets and towels were left out when we arrived. We called and they apologized and immediately brought them! These folks are good and they care that your vacation is great!

We have stayed at OOP several years in a row, but this was our first stay in 508. It is a very nice unit, and Garden City Reality is always a pleasure to work with. We would have loved if the balcony furniture would have been a little nicer/more comfortable, and some area rugs in the living/bedrooms would have made the unit a little more comfortable. Overall it's a great condo, in a perfect location. We hope to be back.

The rental was beautiful. Everything was in working order and we had zero issues during our stay. The rooms were current and modern, beautifully decorated. Both bathrooms were updated. The balcony was spacious, the view spectacular. One Ocean Place is one of our favorite places to stay when we come.

Our stay at the Surf Master was very good. We were unawarebof the beach renourishment project, which was very noisy and had our access to the beach closed during our first two days. Otherwise, the room and experience was great!
