My family and our two dogs really enjoyed staying in this rental. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and the Surfside Pier. We spent several evenings fishing off the pier and it was so nice not to have to worry about parking. The pool is salt water which was a nice surprise. We hope to stay here again next year!

We came down in June for our summer vacation and loved it so much we came back last week for our Fall vacation. We stayed in 2 different condos and really liked them both. Our kids really loved the inside and outside pools. There is a bar by the outside pool for drinks, food and my kids loved the dip n dops. Everyone there have been so nice. It's a great place to book for vacation and we will definitely be back next year.

Absolutely amazing pool and close walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect . Loved the outdoor seating. Dinning Table was very comfortable for our meals and coffee. We will be rebooking for next year. Amazing vacation. Next year we want to book for 2 weeks.

Only recommendations not to have to put sheets on bed when arriving after a long day of travel. Also have better toilet paper and enough for the week.

Great time as always. Unit clean and comfy as they always are. Missing a cable box in one bedroom but we only used that bedroom 2 nights. Other than that everything was perfect!

This house had it all! Terrific pool, though small and a nice spa. The spa was concrete and connected to the pool...lovely! Nice balcony and super beachy views. Rooms were clean and lots of towels and linens were provided. Every kitchen appliance in the world!

Four old women-longtime friends wanted a getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. We used the balcony a lot. Spent time catching up and laughing. The unit was clean and appropriate for our needs. It was a nice time.

One kitchen chair broken (has been broken for the last 3 years that we have used 413.)
The ceiling paint in the hallway is pealing
The coffee pot lid was broken, and the toaster is missing a knob
The queen bed is positioned too close to the dresser for anyone to access and get out of the bed (from the right side)
Previous Welcome Book (containing television instructions, restaurants, and other general info) is missing. Would be helpful for tenants new to 413.
The lamp switch in the Queen room is broken. It appears to be loose.
The pillows on the balcony chairs are dirty and very worn. Again, have been for several visits.
The closets should be cleaned out. They contain broken or rusted out furniture. Leaving little room for suitcases or personal/beach items.
The new beach/pool code was not made available to us prior to our arrival. We were given the old code. No welcome packet was in the room containing the new code or parking tickets. We had to call Garden City Realty. We were not notified in advance about the water being turned off. Notices were placed at the elevators and the print was too small to be eye-catching so that guests thought they were just notices about the elevators.

The only issue we had was we had to try several times to get the code to work to unlock the door. Maintenance should check on this.

The home and property are great. Located in a gated community, there is much privacy. Water on both sides of the home, a channel in the front, and the inlet in back. The property was clean when we got there and were allowed in at the 4:00 check in time. Garden City Realty staff was great, friendly, and provided good service. We enjoyed the nearby Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, Garden City Pier, & golf courses. Also saw some of the best sunsets over the inlet while sitting around the pool.
