We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years and have already booked it for 2024. It’s comfortable and convenient on a less-commercial area of the beach. I do think the owner could remove some of the decor to give guests a little more room for their personal belongings.

Our family had a wonderful time at Our Three Suns. Great house for the 11 of us (67 to 3 years) right on the beach. We also loved having a pool. Very clean and responsive management team. We had one minor issue and they were there within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

I had doubts about staying on the first floor adjacent to the hot tub but decided to take a chance. The condo is very beautifully furnished with extremely nice art work and had everything needed for the week. My wife is a HGTV watcher and decided the owner must have had the place "staged." I found the furniture comfortable and the bed provided support for good night's sleep. We have stayed at Surf Master for over thirty years and this was the first time we booked the same apartment for next year before we checked out. A "well done"is extended to the owners.

We had a great time staying in this unit! There was a problem with the washing machine and we called the maintenance department. They came out right away and fixed it that afternoon. We were very happy with this unit and the service we received from Garden City Realty! Looking forward to next year!

We spent our annual family vacation at Pause at the Pier. We stayed in this exact same house this exact same week last summer. It is a great house with a super location. It is within walking distance of the pier, arcades, shopping, and many restaurants. It is also just across the street from the beach access and very close to the shared pool for the community. We are hoping to rent this same house again next summer!

This is our 3rd year at the Rusty Pelican and we've already put our deposit down for next year. The amenities that this house offers makes it special. The pool, the gazebo, the downstairs kitchen. The upstairs porch is great with a view of the marsch.

The house was in very good condition and we loved the location. The only criticism we have is that the southern two bedrooms were noticeably warmer than the northern two bedrooms at times making it a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise a great experience and we hope to stay here next year once our plans are solidified.

Reserved at last minute a 3 night stay during July 4 week. Staff very professional and we didn’t even have to go to reality company to check in. The balcony was wonderful. Spent a lot of time just listening to the breaking waves. All the furniture was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the tv’s. We were not familiar with their system. Recommend condo highly.

Overall we had a great time. Grammies Playhouse is less than a half a block from the beach. The house is in good shape and rental company was responsive to our requests. The only issue we had was with the dryer. It took several attempts to get a load of clothes dry. A couple of the umbrellas are broken in the back by the pool.
