This is a very nice house. There was a problem with the alarm system/smoke detectors and maintenance had to be called about three times. They kept going off and it was all of them and was so loud. They did get it repaired. Housekeeping did not leave enough sheets for all of the beds so that was an issue. The pool does. It get cleaned often so it was cloudy and had sand in the bottom. But it is a wonderful location. Quiet and a short golf cart ride to the beach. I would definitely rent again.

We stayed here for a week in July and had a great experience! This was the 6th or 7th beach house we've stayed at over the years and this was probably the cleanest one yet. The pool was wonderful for our kids (Ages 2 through 8) and the walk to the beach was easy for everyone! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere a little bit more remote than the packed beaches in Myrtle but still want beach front in a clean, well kept, house.

We stayed here last August. Old style beach house. Location across from the beach access a real plus. Plenty of room for our family and friends. Kitchen is well equipped and bed linens and towels etc. provided also a plus. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. No maintenance issues. Easy checkin and out. We would stay here again.

The pictures aren't up-to-date, but there's a cushioned 4-seat dining set on the balcony, as well as an extremely comfortable u-shaped couch. If we weren't on the beach, we were on that couch. It sounds ridiculous, but having that comfort outside improved our stay. The inside is also very nice, clean and looks great. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking tools and equipment (toaster oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, etc.)

We have rented and stayed at Marlin Quay for years. We love the location and views from these condominiums. The size and access to beach were great! There were a few things wrong with our unit but I’m sure the owners are aware. We love this location and had a great week! Marlin Quay might want to let their HOA know they have two permanent residents that are not nice to renters and very controlling of the pool areas. FYI for vacationers with teenagers who like to swim at pool and play music around the pool at night !!! Otherwise love this place !

This condo was clean, spacious, and had anything that we may have forgotten. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was just as good as Ocean Front in my opinion. I cant wait to stay again

We had a great time. The unit was perfect, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a completely empty pantry for us to put food! There was no dining room table, just a folding table, which I didn’t realize. It didn’t bother us. My only issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom was basically non existent. It would get very hot in there all day and night, even with the fan going. Overall we would stay again. We were happy with everything.
