The condo was directly on the ocean and sitting on our balcony we had a nice side view of the ocean. A few minor changes would be a curtain over the shades in the bedroom to block bright outside hallway light, televisions didn't work as you needed a ROKU password, and update mattresses (sagging and indentation in mattress by wall)

Our stay was really good process of check in was very easy got a text saying condo was ready had a keyless entry. We had a 3 bedroom this was a 3rd yr staying in this condo so we knew what to expect it is alway clean . The thing that’s need is new mattress in the king room and the queen room also tvs in the twin rooms and queen room .. I wish garden city realty would say something to the owners.. this would make it much better for parents. With 3 kids . The only 2 tvs are king room and living room . Over all the condo is very nice very convenient since it is on the 1st floor . Eye level with the ocean and the pool is right below .

The property description was accurate. It was a beautiful unit. It was clean and well maintained.The only downside to the unit was the paper products that were included leaved a lot to be desired, especially the toilet paper. I would recommend the unit to anyone, I would just tell them to bring their own toilet paper.

1.For those over 70, please give consideration to adding hand rails for those first steps up from the ground floor to the second floor. Those are steep steps! Also the exterior and interior stairs would be greatly improved by additional handrails smaller in size for womens' hands -- i" x 1.5" with the narrower side up.
2.Please add steps from dock to inlet. There was only a concrete block, and that is not acceptable, especially for older folks.
3. Third floor king bedroom: the bed is on what may be unneeded wooden blocks, which collapsed, even after being fixed by management.
4.The poolside toilet remained unfixed and plugged up, even after management was called.
5.The beautiful palms are in distress from drought. They must be watered from the top down, as their roots don't take up water. What a shame if would be to lose them.

Murrells Inlet

The Kyle cottage was perfect! My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed recently. The location was perfect as the wedding venue was within the community. The cottage is very nicely decorated and roomy.
