This was our 2nd time staying at Dreamscaper. Beautiful, quiet location and just a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of kitchen items, room to hang out and play games or chat. Had issue with elevator again & had to call to get clarification on how to operate (instructions would be helpful), a few additions to the utensils in kitchen & a pool light would be wonderful for next time. Overall, great house, great location, great time!

Let's start with the positives - layout, bedrooms, location, pool, kitchen, porches. Loved that we could bring our dog! We would definitely rent this property again! While the house was very clean, there were lots of furballs around the house that seemed to be missed by the cleaners. The air filters were changed during our stay, but the metal covers were caked with dust and really needed a good scrub. They were not pleasant to look at. The pool/hot tub were great, and the pool company did a wonderful job keeping them clean, but the outdoor space in general needs attention. All but one of the umbrellas were broken as were some of the chairs. Negatives - the furniture and the TVs. While the furniture in the living room looks nice, it's showing its wear. The chairs seem close to coming apart. The TVs were a disappointment. In the bunk room, there was a very small TV with nothing more than DVD/VCR (not even cable). There were no smart TVs in the house, and while we didn't plan on streaming the entire week, our 20 somethings were not thrilled with watching everything on their laptops. Glad the WiFi was good! One concern - the steps going upstairs seem warped. Was concerned about our parents tripping. And while this is out of the homeowner's control, the construction dumpster/port-a-potty next door were a constant source of unwelcome smells and flies! At least that's temporary.

We were very pleased with how nice and clean the rental house was when we arrived. Plenty of room for our group and really liked the location to the pier and stores. The only problem we had was the amount of debris we had in and around the pool from the trees. I cleaned the pool twice myself as I have a pool at home and knew what to do. Otherwise, we would definitely rent this place again.

Great house with short walk to the beach. We take our extended family somewhere every year and this was one of our favorites. This house was great for everyone to hang out in and had enough cooking supplies to actually cook for everyone. Short couple blocks to the beach with minimal traffic and easy walk to restaurants as well. The only downside was the pool was a bit smaller than we were used too, not big enough to swim laps or have a deep end, but still big enough for us to play around it and lounge. Beach in this area was very clean, clear water when we went. We only had one issue with a toilet needing repair and the company responded immediately to my email and had someone out within a couple hours. Overall great stay.

Nice condo with 5 beds + a couch (not sleeper) with a very nice screened in porch. All appliances worked well. LOVED electronic check in! Parking spaces are SMALL, but always had a couple available.

This is the first house we have found with this number of bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely pool, as well as ample refrigerator space, and seating for meals for 30+ people. The house is well maintained and ideally situated. We are already looking forward to next year!

Our stay was great. Great weather everyday was beautiful and the water was amazingly clear this year.
We have been renting the same unit for the past 10 years and still the only concern with this property is the parking. Guests don't follow the one car per unit rule causing LOTS of parking nightmares.

Our family has been staying at this home for quite some time. We absolutely love it there. However, the constant price increases year after year are becoming unjustified. The appliances (stove, tv’s) are outdated. There have been some new updates (some flooring and decor), but we are not sure it is worth the drastic price increase we have seen the last few years.

We had an excellent time and property was great. It's right across the street from the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our family.
The only thing missed was housekeeping forgot to clean the balcony. There were cigarette butts and a used pack and lighter left out there.

Enjoyed the rental! Water pressure was not good. It would be nice if the downstairs bedroom had one king bed and the upstairs had the two fulls. This is a better layout if you have an elderly couple. There are a lot of stairs.
