Condo was not ready until nearly 7:00pm. Asked a condo owner if he would provide the code to access beach/pool, he was very rude and refused.

The place itself was amazing. They were supposed to clean the pool and hot tub twice. When they didn't come the second time, I called the Office and they said they were going to send them, and that never happened. We couldn't use the hot tub first two days because it was so murky. Paid a lot of money. Very disappointed.

The condo was clean and comfortable. I would suggest an update to appearance. And it sleeps 4 but only 2 balcony chairs. View is amazing.

Great location and friendly staff. Rental was overall clean but does have some water damage on the ceilings. Overall perfect place for a very happy girls vacation trip! Amenities were great and condo stocked with kitchen essentials. Would absolutely rent again!

This condo was beautiful and it was obvious that someone put a lot of care into decorating, furnishing and caring for it. We were a party of 6; 2 adults and 4 children, and we all fit comfortably. We had all of the amenities to cook meals, bathe and sleep in comfort. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the beach! Our only problem was parking as we did not know ahead of time that the parking garage was very low and it did not fit our SUV with cargo carrier on top. Therefore, we were forced to find street parking and received several parking tickets due to poorly worded signs. This could easily have been prevented by including this information in the description of the unit/ resort. This did not ruin our trip but it was still an inconvenience and did cost us extra money. Overall, a great location otherwise.

Columbia

We did like the condo. However upon our arrival the patio had bird drippings all over the table and chairs that were outside. We cleaned everything up. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. We thought it may have been off the track. Otherwise the condo was quiet and to our liking.

We loved the location close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was the cleanest rental we have ever experienced while vacationing in this area over the last 20 plus years. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Pool was clean and grounds were nice and neat also. I think we have found our new favorite place to stay.

Decatur

We have stayed in other condos in this building before because we love the location. This one was perfect and met our needs well. It was clean and felt cozy and comfortable. It was decorated nicely and felt inviting. The location is perfect. My only complaint is a lack of countertop space for cooking. I had to get REALLY creative to try and figure out how to cook a nice meal without much countertop space. The condo also didn't have a can opener (despite having 4 wine bottle openers), and that surprised me and made cooking a bit more challenging until I could go buy one. Overall though, that was small potatoes in the grand scheme of the lovely time we had there. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

It was a perfect place to enjoy the beach. We loved waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony, one morning we saw dolphins swimming by. It was majestic!
