We had a great vacation here. One of the major pluses was that the beach is right out the back of the unit. The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.

I booked our place just a few weeks before arriving & the process was great. There were a few minor problems but the realty addressed them quickly. I will rent from Garden Realty next time I vist the area.

We loved the Condo and had the best stay, we had not been able to take a vacation in a couple of years because of health and money issues and this was just what we wanted. The Condo itself was beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view too!! It couldn’t have been any easier to get to it was right near the elevator which was a great thing for me. We had a great time with our grandkids and children and would stay again.

Serenity by the Sea is our favorite property! We have rented for several years and hands down this property is the best. It has everything you need for your home away from home. It is clean, comfortable...a great space to gather and a great place to have individual quite time if you need it. I would highly recommend this property. Also, Garden City Realty is the best! The views from Surf Master unit 907 were amazing. Staff was very friendly and kept the grounds clean daily. Our unit was well equipped with kitchen items and worked well for our family vacation with my 83 year old mother. Only negative was that the TV in bedroom with twin beds was not working (but who watches TV at the beach anyway).

Everything about the rental was great: plenty of space for 6 of us, clean, etc. the description was spot-on. Property management company was super quick and helpful when our room code didn’t work. We called and within a couple of minutes the code was reset and we were in.
You can’t get any closer to the beach unless you camped out on the beach.
The only negative thing is the parking situation. We had a large truck and a car and parking was tight.
