nice place to stay ,close to beach and quiet but close enough to fun attractions like mini golf,arcade and fishing off the pier. house had everything we needed. pool was cleaned a couple of times during the week and the hammock was relaxing.

Overall we had a wonderful time. We had a slight hiccup when we first arrived but it was handled immediately and the cleaning supervisor was absolutely wonderful! She came in and addressed all the issues with the condo being improperly cleaned.

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented this house. It’s perfect for our family! The 2 dens are great—kids upstairs, adults downstairs. Would love to stay next year but have been told the owners are not renting it next season. We are very disappointed. If owners read this please reconsider.

Good location. Close to several activities and restaurants. Easy check in. Room was spacious. TVs in bedrooms did not have working cable. Unable to watch them. Roof over washer and dryer leaked. Furniture was nice and clean. Plenty of linens provided. Nice easy access to pools and beach.

This was our first year at Pop's Place as the previous retal we used was destroyed during hurricane. We found this one available for same week and booked. This is our annual family vacation that we do with all of kids, spouses and grandkids. There was 14 of us. House was great and new remodel was excellent.All had a great time. Pool and gazebo were perfect for outside fun. Beach was never crowded and only a 5 minute walk. Ice machine was perfect and well used. Kitchen had everything. Only thing missing was an ironing board so we purchase one. Already reserved for next year.

This is our house of choice to rent. The location is great, the staff at Garden City Reality is always the best and every need was met in a timely manner. Our TV went out in our bedroom and my husband in a TV fanatic and the owner replaced it the next day. Garden City Reality in by far the best company we have rented from.

We usually stay at a penthouse at surfmaster every year. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in our penthouse and the temp wouldn’t go down. A potential vacation disaster. Stacy swooped in and saved the day, she got us moved to mariners watch very quickly where we had a great experience! Stacy truly saved our vacation! She, alone, is a reason to use GCR for any and all vacation needs! Thanks for your help and actually caring Stacy!

It is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful view of the beach. I enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Small things need to be fixed. The dryer doesn’t heat on the timed setting, blinds didn’t work, and TV in living room didn’t get fixed until Friday of our stay.
