House was clean, roomy for a party of 8 and across the street from beach access. The fridge was too small for a house of that size, so daily grocery trips were necessary. There was also a dorm size fridge upstairs that fit a few items. Grocery stores were only a few minutes by car though

My family loves coming to the beach, we enjoy staying in Atalaya Tower 1606. This year it was not a good time. This year we arrived to only having 1 elevator (we were not informed about the elevator being down). On the second day both of the elevators were out of order. meaning 16 flight of stairs to climb, being told by the maintenance person they had no clue as to when it would be fixed, we have been staying at Atalaya Tower for over 9 years if not more and love it but I will be considering trying a new location in the future.

The weather was great both weeks, the unit is one my wife enjoys very much. We have stayed in this unit many years, before the remodel and after all the beautiful work was done, and I must say renting sure takes it's toll on things in just a few years, people should treat it better that's for sure it's a really nice unit. Overall it was wonderful.

We had a great time in this house. The elevator is super helpful, bringing all of your luggage in and out. The dock and covered area were great, we spent a lot of time here, and caught a bunch of flounder! The kids loved the pool, and the house overall was super clean and well appointed.

There were only a few items that we were not a huge fan of. We were excited about the small beverage, fridge, and hopes that we would not have to use a cooler on the porch for overflow drinks, but it was not cold at all, almost unuseful. I hope this unit gets replaced. The pool is also freezing cold. We would absolutely pay extra if there was an option to have it heated, or more temperate. For such a large house, the living room is a bit cramped, it really could use an overhaul on furniture in some more comfortable seating. Hopefully these are fixed by next year!

Great location! Our family had a wonderful week. A few updates would be nice. An outlet under the house for golf cart would be a great addition along with more comfortable mattresses.

Extremely satisfied with the property. Was disappointed with the actual beach condition making it difficult for the elderly to get to the beach. Also disappointed with the umbrella rentals, spaced too tightly and too low for the elderly to access.

We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed the spaciousness and features of Shore Bet. The pool was relaxing and enjoyed by our family after a day at the beach. The kitchen was appointed and stocked for all of our needs. We did have a few bulbs that were out; in the stairwell, no batteries in TV remotes and the Wi-Fi was sketchy and unreliable. However, we didn't let those things deter our fun! A Shore Bet we will visit again.

The townhome was very clean and relaxing. We all enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again. It was right on the beach and not far from area attractions.

This was our fourth stay in this unit. We love the roominess and having the beach a few steps away. Great selection of cookware. Beds are comfortable. New flooring in kitchen and living room. New lock on the balcony for keyless entry from either entrance.
