This condo is a home away from home! All the amenities. We loved garden city beach is across the street from the condo. The condo pool was great. We loved how we can cook at thr condo and do laundry. We loved all the decor ! Definitely would book again this condo.

Surfmaster 702 was perfect for us. Two of our grandsons ages eight and nine skipped their regular family vacation to go with us to the beach. What an honor! We had a blast eating out, beach bumming and shopping. No limit on things to do and see. One week isn’t nearly enough time. Surfmaster is our first choice every time. So handy to everything. Clean, nice decor. Sleeper sofa is a little lacking. We have used garden city realty about five or six years for vacation booking. Thumbs up!!! Never been disappoited.

This place is amazing. It was very clean when we arrived. It has a great pool that we enjoyed so much. It has the perfect location, just a block from a beach access. The house is great, lots of room and lots of bathrooms. Thank you for a great vacation.

Very nice facilities. The storm was a little scary when the power went out. Wish we could have gotten notice of how to turn the AC back on that night instead of next day. Everything else was great.

Nice house in a great location. Short walk to beach but yet the area was so quiet I couldn’t believe how quiet. Only complaint of my stay is need curtains in bedrooms blinds don’t block out street lights. But will definitely stay again one of best houses we stayed at in garden city/ surfside area.

We had a great time. The unit was clean and the location perfect. We had power failure and AC for the whole area and maintenance was handling it quickly and professionally to get everything back up and running! The only complaint....the mattresses!!!PLEASE get new or a pillow top for them! All were very uncomfortable! :(

Our vacation condo was very nice. There are a couple of concerns that need to be addressed. The main bathroom drain clogged every time someone took a shower, and we couldn’t get the television in the primary bedroom to work. We figured out how to get the tv in the living room to work. Instructions for operation of the televisions would have been helpful. Not a fan of Spectrum Cable, when previously staying at Ocean Cove, Comcast was the cable provider and never had a problem. All these are minor fixes, and we would definitely consider returning to this condo in the future.
